Part 1.1: Safe Wearing

Operation

Repair

1) Be equipped with full-body protective equipment, such as safety helmet, safety belt, safety shoes, goggles,
protective gloves, and be in good physical condition.
2) Working environment: on firm level ground, far away from barrier and high-voltage wires, instantaneous
wind speed less than 12.5m/s.
3) Check before operation: Ensure that the manual is complete, all labels are clear, structural parts are free
from cracks and deformations, all connecting pins and screws are firm and not loose, all hydraulic valve
blocks and pipes are free from leakage, and electrical components and ropes are not damaged or loose.

Part 2.2: Pre-operation Inspection
1) Ensure that the manual is complete, easy to read and saved inside the file box of the platform . If you need to change the manual, please
contact the service personnel of LGMG.
2) Ensure that all labels are clear, easy to read and properly positioned. See the "Labeling" section. If you need to replace the label, please contact
the service personnel of LGMG.
3) Check whether the ball valve at the oil suction port at the bottom of the hydraulic tank is open, no special circumstances must be kept open,
and when the machine is working , it must be in the open state, if not open when the machine is in action. This valve may cause complete
damage to the oil pump.
4) Please refer to the "Maintenance" section to check whether the hydraulic oil is leakage and whether the oil level is appropriate.
5) Check whether the battery connection is firm.
6) Check whether the parts are damaged, improperly installed or part loose or missing parts and unauthorized changes
7) Check the whole machine for:
a)A crack in a weld or structural part
b) A dent or damage to a machine
c)Severe rusting, corrosion, or oxidation
d) Make sure all structural pieces and other key components are finished
e)All relevant fasteners and pins are in correct position and tighten

Part 2.1:Safe operation and use method-Emergency power unit

If the main power fails, the auxiliary power should be used.


1) Turn the key to the ground or the upper control box.
2) Pull out the red "Emergency Stop" button to the "ON" position.
3) When operating the power unit (i.e., emergency pump) on the
platform, press the foot switch.
4) Enable the desired function while keeping the power unit (i.e.,
emergency pump) open.
5) The drive function may not work with the emergency power unit.

Part 2.2:Safe operation and use method-Driving on a slope

Determine the state of the articulating boom on slope, as shown below. Before moving the machine to the solid and horizontal
ground , lower the articulating boom per the following steps. Before lowering the boom, do not rotate the boom.

If the tilt alarm sounds on the up-slope of platform: If the tilt alarm sounds on the down-slope of platform:
1. Lower the primary boom. 2. Lower the secondary 1. Retract the primary boom.2. Lower the secondary

Maximum slope rating 25% (14°) Angle=arctan(Slope value)

If the slope exceeds the maximum uphill , downhill or side slope rating, the machine must be lifted or transported
up and down the slope.

Part 2.5:Safe operation and use method-Anti-crash Protection Device

1. The platform anti-collision protection device is installed on the top of the platform control box. When the anti-
collision rod is removed from the proximity switch by external force, the machine will immediately stop all actions,
the LED lights will blink, and the buzzer will sound.
2. If need to operate the machine again, you need to reset the anti-collision or long press the override switch.

Part 2.6:Safe operation and use method-Fixed type

1. Before the machine is transported, the turntable should be locked with the turntable rotation lock pin; (Figure 1)
2. Fully lower and retract the boom and remove any loose parts from the machine.
3. Fix the chassis: ensure that the chain or belt has sufficient load strength, and use at least 5 chains; (Figure 2)
4. Fix the platform: Put the sleeper under the platform rotating joint, do not let the sleeper touch the platform cylinder.
Secure the platform by threading the nylon (Figure 3, two ways).

2) The 5 buttons at the bottom of the screen correspond to I/O, SET, MOTOR, PARAMETER and Alarm Info, press any
key to enter the corresponding interface.
