    Rosemarie Flores filed an affidavit to withdraw her complaint of rape against Gregory Seth De Guzman.     AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

     
    REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES )
    SAN FERNANDO CITY, PAMPANGA) S.S.
     
            I, ROSEMARIE FLORES, 35 years old, single, and a resident of Gen. Luna
    St., Barangay IV, San Fernando City, La Union, after having duly sworn to in
    accordance with law hereby depose and state:
     
    1. I am the private complainant for alleged Rape in Criminal Case No. 6969
    against the accused GREGORY SETH DE GUZMAN pending before the Regional
    Trial Court, Branch 69, San Fernando City, Pampanga, Philippines.
     
    2. The complaint filed was against my will. My signature in the private
    complaint was obtained thru force, violence, and intimidation by my parents.
     
    3. Also, the facts stated in the complaint were not true. There was no force,
    violence, or intimidation done by the accused to submit to his desires. What
    transpired between me and the accused was thru my own will, volition, and
    consent. 
     
    4. I went personally to him because we love each other and, I agreed and
    consented to live with him as my husband.
     
    5. Since all the facts stated in the complaint were not true, and that whatever
    transpired with me and him were all thru my will and consent, I am permanently
    withdrawing my complaint against him. I clear him of whatever responsibility or
    liability to me.

    6. I hereby inform the City Prosecutor of San Fernando City, Pampanga that
    I am withdrawing my complaint for alleged Rape in Criminal Case No. 6969
    against the accused GREGORY SETH DE GUZMAN pending before the Regional
    Trial Court, Branch 69, San Fernando City, Pampanga, Philippines.
      7. I likewise request the RegionalTrial Court, Branch No. 69, San Fernando
    City, Pampanga to dismiss with prejudice the said criminal case.

             IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereby set my hand this 28th day of September
    2022 at the City of Manila.
