JOB DESCRIPTION
Location: Haryana
Job Purpose:
The Area Sales Manager (Haryana) is responsible for driving sales growth and market share for Samsung
India within their designated region. This role requires a deep understanding of the market dynamics and
customer needs, as well as excellent sales, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and increase market share in Haryana.
Build and manage relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners in the region.
Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and exceed customer
expectations.
Monitor and analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify new
opportunities for growth.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales data and market insights to senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer
service, to drive sales initiatives and improve customer satisfaction.
