5. Control theory and functions
The microcomputer
microcomputer-controlled
controlled temperature control system is used on this machine to control the
start and stop of the compressor. In power on situation, the display shows the current temperature
inside the refrigerator. To change the temperature settings, such as the original settings of -30 ℃ is
required to change to -35 ℃, the following steps should be followed:
T
Temperature adjustment:
dj
Press the “∧” and “∨” key at the same time for 3s, the setting temperature begins to flash. Each
time press the “∧” , the temperature decreases 1℃ until -42℃. Press again will return the
temperature to -20℃;
20℃; Each time press the “∨”∨ , the temperature increases 1℃ until to -20℃.
20℃ Press
again will return the temperature to -42℃; If no operation within 5s, the system will automatically
logout control temperature setting state and returns to temperature display normally.
Temperature warning:
The electronic thermostat has over temperature alarming function to ensure the safety of items
stored inside the refrigerator. When the temperature inside the refrigerator is higher than the upper
limit or lower than the lower limit of the alarm, the buzzer will alarm, and the alarm indicator on
display will blink.
blink Press the Buzzing cancel button to cancel the buzzer (the alarm indicator on the
display will continue to blink). When the temperature inside the refrigerator returns to the range
within the upper and lower limit of the alarm, the alarm will stop.

5. Control theory and functions
Over temperature
p alarmingg function:
When the displayed actual temperature sensed by a refrigeration sensor is higher than -15℃ (exclude -15℃), the
Over temperature alarming indicator lights up with buzzing (sounds three every minute with a 0.5s interval
between each). Press the buzzing cancel key to cancel the buzzing and the red indicator still lights up (It does not
function byy pressing
p g again
g and the buzzing g will not recover. The buzzingg function will not recover until the
display temperature falls to -15℃ or lower or power off and the buzzing cancel key automatically resets).
Note: when refrigeration sensor fails, the red indicator lights up constantly and the alarm lamp invalid.
Power-off memory function:
When the low temperature
p refrigerator
g is ppowered down then ppowered up p again,
g , the refrigerator
g still operates
p
based on the setting conditions before power down with memory function.
In stable operation, the low temperature refrigerator starts when the inside temperature is two degrees higher than
the setting temperature and stops when it reaches the setting temperature.
Suggestion: To determine temperature sensing probe failurefailure, the power supply should be cut off and check
whether the temperature sensing probe connection loose first.
Function of quick-freeze key:
The quick-freeze key on the control panel is the quick-freeze switch. When the quick-freeze switch is turned on,
the indicator lights up
up. Press again to cancel the freeze function,
function and the indicator light goes off.
off Otherwise,
Otherwise the
freeze function will be automatically canceled 24 hours later. Turn off the freeze switches once the required
temperature is achieve.
