This Functional Specification Document (FSD) describes the requirements


for the provision of the Mobile Radio System for the Wasit Gas Plant
(WGP), under the Wasit Gas Project (BI-10-00914) and NGL Fractionation
Facilities (BI-10-00302).
DESCRIPTION

The Permanent Communications ‘Contractor’ shall design, supply, install,


test, and commission the Mobile Radio System that is based on TErrestrial
Trunked RAdio (TETRA) technology. The major system components shall

study, frequency planning, interference analysis, and in-building and
outdoor coverage.
