(SMA) programme with Citi
● Responsible to increase acceptance of the brand and expansion of business in Tier II location (Nashik)
● Drove two projects for Nashik branch as a part of Project Deepening (expansion strategy)- Acquiring new
commercial clients with focus on high forex accounts to enrich the branch books & cross selling products
to increase hooks of existing clients
● Successfully on boarded 4 commercial accounts which included prominent export players with an annual
turnover of 50 crores plus each
● Enriched product portfolio for existing clients by 73% by cross sell of multiple products
● Drove digital growth by educating existing clients on newly launched platforms (HELLO &TWA) as well as
existing online and mobile applications. Successfully migrated 28% of the base to digital platforms
