    III. POST-WRITING
    Task 1: Checklist for self / peer assessment.
    Below is a checklist for the outline of a descriptive paragraph. Use these questions to check
    your own writing, or get a peer (another student) to help you.

    Task 2: Brainstorm ideas for the following topic.

    Describe your pet or your favorite animal.

    Here are some suggested questions:

    1. What is the pet/animal?

    2. What does it look like?

    3. What does it often do?

    4. How do you feel about your pet/animal?

    Topic Sentence:__ - I have a pet, her name is Nach, she is a member of my family and she is a

    cat

    Supporting Sentence 1:_ When I take her to my home, she is very small, skinny and shaggy. It

    looks so pitiful.

    Detail 1:_ And after about 7 months, she looks chubby, brown eyes with a sad face and
    smoothly feathers

    Supporting Sentence 2:_ I’m not really know what she often does in a day because im not
    usually come home

    Detail 2:_ I feel she can everywhere in the house, on the window, on the roof, maybe in my
    wardrobe. Sometimes she plays with other cats but most of the time she spend for her sleep

    Supporting Sentence 3:_ The best things she likes is when I brushes her feathers

    Detail 3:_ She looks so happy and her tail is wagging

    Concluding Sentence: _ Finally, I love her and she’s a member of my family and one of my best
    friends. Having a pet is really fun and it will change your life.
