The CENR Officer is remanding a case regarding a boundary dispute and rights to planted trees between Mr. Probo Ampoloquio, Daylinda Tinaco and Adelina Salon to the Punong Barangay. While the boundary dispute was already settled, the parties did not agree on an amicable solution for rights to coconut and other trees. The CENR Officer believes the Punong Barangay is best suited to hear and settle the remaining issues in the case.
