FAQ'S ON DOCBOON

Returns FAQ'S
What can I return?

⦁ You may request returns for most items listed on DOCBOON.in that are explicitly identified as
"returnable" on the product detail page and/or our policy and within the 'return window'
period. To know more about it, please refer to the DOCBOON.in Returns policy.

⦁ Products that are physically damaged, defective, has missing parts, or are different from their
description in the product details page are eligible for return. Refer to the Damaged, Defective
or Wrong Product - FAQ page for more information.

How to return items?


1. Go to Your Orders. (ensure you have signed in before)

2.Choose an item that you want to return or replace.

3.Select a reason from menu and continue.

⦁ For seller-fulfilled orders, you need to contact the seller to initiate returns. To do so -

1.Go to Your Orders.

2.Choose an item that you want to return or replace.

3.Select Contact seller. You will be directed to the Seller Messaging Assistant.

4.Select the appropriate option and start the conversation.

What are the return guidelines?


Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return.

If the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be provided. For more details,
please see our Return Pick up and Self Ship Guidelines.

Once the return is processed, you will, in accordance with DOCBOON.in Refund Policy, be issued
a refund to your original payment method.

For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed either to your bank account (via National

Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)) or to your DOCBOON account (as DOCBOON Pay balance.

How to place orders in DOCBOON


To begin ordering, you may visit the DOCBOON website on your desktop or mobile
browser. If you are using an Android phone, you may download and install the DOCBOON
app here to place an order.

If you are using an iPhone, you may download the DOCBOON app here to place an order.

Steps to place an order:

1.Select the items which you want to order.

2.Add those items to your “Cart”.

3.After reviewing your cart, click on “Proceed to Checkout”.

You’ll be prompted to sign in to DOCBOON.in account, you can sign in using your mobile
number or email address if you already have an account.

Docboon does varification of address of user from your gst document or your valid address
proof. You can receive your order only on that designated address on docboon.

Select the payment method, add the details and click on “Continue”.

Review your order and click on “Place your Order” button and Pay to complete the
transaction.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product - FAQ


All our sellers are advised to do intense quality check of all products before they are being
shipped and to maintain a video of packing the product for the same. Also, there might be
instances where a product is damaged during transit which will be covered by transit
insurance, if you choose this option while making order. You (buyer) is expected to make
an opening video of parcel to clearly show us the defect presence , when you received your
order and if you have received a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you can return the
eligible items through the Orders page.

1. What qualifies as damaged/ defective/ wrong products?


⦁ Products has visible cut, crush, tear, broken parts, dents or scratches.

⦁ Product seal is broken and/or there is a leakage.

⦁ Product is not in working condition.

⦁ Product arrived with main parts missing.

⦁ Product arrived with missing accessories.

⦁ Product arrived in a different size than what was ordered.

⦁ Product arrived in a different color or material than what was ordered.

⦁ Item does not match product description.

⦁ Entire product missing from box is not tampered.

⦁ Shipping box is damaged or tampered.

⦁ Products that are expired.

2. What to do if you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product?


If you are not happy with the product quality, you can return or replace the product. You
can return any

item that is eligible for return and its return window has not expired. Replacement or
exchange of products is based in availability of products. There are different processes of
return and replacement for DOCBOON assurance fulfilled products and third-party fulfilled
products. Check the product detail page to know about the seller of the product.

3. How to return a damaged, wrong product?


Go to Returns Support Center and follow the steps. If your address is covered by our courier
partners, we’ll schedule a pick up for the package. If your address is not covered by our
courier partners, you will need to return the item using any courier. Please note that the
return package will be picked up as per scheduled pickup date and time, which will be
communicated via email/SMS.

Once the package is received at seller side, it will take 3 business days for the refund to be
processed to the original payment method. Typically, packages may take up to 10 days to
reach the seller side.
