Acrydur™ - 112 N (USA)
Fast-curing 2-component- adhesive primer
for concrete and cement screed
Application Primer 112 N serves as adhesive primer for Acrydur™ coatings,

especially on cement-bound substrates.
Characteristics: Primer 112 N is a reactive methacrylate resin that also cures fast
on low temperatures.

Processing Notes:
Processing: Primer 112 N must be mixed with hardener 50 W. Hardener

quantity must be adjusted to the respective object temperature
(see table). At temperatures below + 41°F, accelerator B101 can
additionally be added, must be added (~ 0.5 % at 32 °F up to 3
% at - 22 °F) with retention of 6 p.b.v. hardener powder.
After mixing in the hardener powder, spread Acrydur™ 112 N

equally and thinly with a roller or rubber squeegee (80-100
ft²/gal). Consumption must be adjusted individually. On extremely
absorbent substrates, prime twice in order to achieve a thin but
closed film that bonds the broadcasting material. We recommend
slightly broadcasting the primer with quartz sand (size 15 - 25
mesh). If only thin sealers are to be applied, we recommend
using quartz sand in size 20 - 40 mesh. This work step ensures
an absolutely solid bond between primer and the following
coating.

Attention: Hardener quantities below 1 Vol. % may cause polymerisation failures!
Storage: The handling-regulations for highly flammable materials apply to

methacrylate – resins. Acrydur™ resins are to be stored cool,
protected against direct sunlight and preferably at temperatures
of 59 - 68 °F. During storage paraffin – particles and filler –
materials may precipitate. Thus before processing, containers
have to be stirred up well. Please mind the advice on our safety
data sheets.
Industrial safety: Ensure sufficient ventilation during work. On processing, pay

attention to the directives in the hazardous substances ordinance
and to the indications of the Federal States Committee for
industrial safety and safety engineering (LASI) as well as to our
safety date sheets.
