    2021 – 2022
    Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan Republik Indonesia (BPK RI – The Audit Board of The Republic of
    Indonesia) as expert staff of Board Member AKN (Auditoriat Keuangan Negara) V. Make speech and
    research for economic and social topic. And also provide advise for particular topic if it needed.

    2014 – 2019
    Komisi Pemilihan Umum Provinsi Jawa Timur (KPU Jawa Timur - General Election Commission of East
    Java Province) as Commissioner . Division Coordinator of Planning, Budget and Logistic. Formulate
    planning for budgeting and logistic/equipment, and procurement for goods and services on election.

    2011 – 2014
    Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Republik Indonesia (DPR RI – the House of Representatives of Republic of
    Indonesia) as expert staff of parliament member at Commision XI (Finance, National Development
    Planning Board, Banking and Non Bank Financial Institution Affairs). Provide some input and advice
    for parliament member to make laws (new laws or revise), formulate the state budget, hearing with
    ministry or state institutions.

    2006 – 2009
    LBH APIK Jakarta (Lembaga Bantuan Hukum Asosiasi Perempuan untuk Keadilan)
    Legal aid organization of Indonesian women association for justice have concern to participate in
    realizing the creation of a legal system having a gender equality and justice, is a part of Federation
    APIK. LBH APIK Jakarta has 2 main divison, are legal service and policy reform.
    Year 2006-2009 as staff of policy reform division. Policy reform divion try to propose new laws or revise
    laws. Main job is legal drafting (including conduct research, write position paper, academic paper
    and bill, public consultation,FGD), legislative advocacy (campaign to create public opinion, lobby,
    hearing, monitoring of legislative discussion) and strengthen networking with women organizations
    and other human rights organizations.

    2004 – 2006
    KPI Jawa Timur (Koalisi Perempuan Indonesia wilayah Jawa Timur)
    Indonesian women coalition is a women mass organization to empower and promote women rights.
    It is national organization with 3 levels structure are national secretary, region (province), and branch
    (city or kabupaten).
    • Year 2004-2005 as staff of training and education division. Main job is train and aducate KPI’s
    members about women’s rights, political system, income generating, and member organizing.
    • Year 2005-2006 as coordinator of public policy advocacy divion. Main job is to conduct
    advocacy of public policy in East Java, including member organizing, campaign, organizing
    public or stakeholders consultation, communicate and negotiation with government.

    PROJECT EXPERIENCE
    2009
    Nataional Program on Mobile campaign for voter education program. Conduct voter education
    (political education) with various method in 142 branches (city) and mobile socialization by car in 13
    province. This project conducted by KOHATI PB HMI cooperate with UNDP.

    2007-2008
    Program officer (PO) on Advocacy Pornography Bill Program conducted by LBH APIK Jakarta
    cooperate with democratic reform support program (DRSP) – USAid.
    2006-2007
    Program Officer (PO) on Criminal code reform program conducted by LBH APIK Jakarta cooperate
    with democratic reform support program (DRSP) – USAid.

    2005-2006
    Program Manager on Health advocacy policy program for poor women and childrend in Jombang
    and Tuban conducted by KPI Jatim (Indonesia’s Women Coalition of East Java) cooperate with the
    Asia Foundation (TAF).
