surgical hand instruments which comprises our general field of activity, we have been also manufacturing

introduce the best product and service to our esteemed physicians over the last 20 Years in the health sector and
we shall continue to do. We have almost 10.000 types of surgical product in our production portfolio.
Furthermore, we are capable of making model development for the purpose of providing ease of use over the
products which we have been manufacturing in line with your opinion and suggestions, we are also able to
develop new products by making bilateral negotiations. Besides, by means of our technical support under
Uzman Cerrahi Aletler’s assurance, we also provide repair and maintenance service for your surgical
instruments ,without making any trade mark distinction, which are unable to be used and which have lost their
function. Furthermore, we enable them to be re-used again. Our Company is the unique company in Turkey
whose Technical Service complies with ISO 9001:2008 standard for “the repair and maintenance of the surgical
hand instruments” in Turkey. In addition, all surgical instruments within our product range are being
manufactured in compliance with various quality processes such as ISO 9001:2008, ISO 13485 and CE.

 Lid Specs

Standard Model and Barrier Model Lid

Standard model lid requires filter use such as disposable paper filter, textile
filter (100 sterilization cycles) and teflon filter (2000 sterilization cycles).

Barrier model lid has a permanent mechanical filter system. This model
does not require any additional filter use. Barrier model lid can save its
function for approximately 5000 cycles

Lids can be produced in

6 different colors
anodized aluminum.

The Advantages of Using

Sterile Container Systems
Sterilization containers are manufactured as an alternative to the packaging methods of each
surgical instruments separately with sterilization rolls and the pouching method with the
disposable sterilization wraps. However, the sterilization method with containers has various
advantages with the difference from these two traditional methods.

Cost-Efficiency: It can be misperceived that disposable products are low cost and more
economical, however, It is generally ignored the fact that these products should be disposed
and becomes out of use. When long-term calculations are made, it is found out that using
containers are more economical for sterilization method. Additionally, wraps used for pouching
method can be deformed during the sterilization cycle or while carrying. This causes an
improper sterilization cycle and the sterility of instruments cannot be ensured. This situation
requires the instruments to be placed in the autoclaves for a new sterilization process again.
Additional costs and loss of time can be prevented by using aluminium sterilization containers.

Eco-friendly: Disposable products contain paper and plastic materials. This causes piles of
waste after every use. Environmental pollution caused by wastes of disposable products can be
prevented by use of sterilization container systems.

Safety: Sterilization method with container systems is safer than the other methods.
Sterilization containers can keep the instruments sterile during 6 months if the lid is never
opened and the container is kept under the good and proper storage conditions.

Portability: The containers can be moved more easily and safely with the use of stainless steel
handles and antibacterial and resistant to high temperature silicone covering through the
handles (optional for customers).

Identification: Barcodes, QR codes or Data matrix codes designated for instrument set names
or any identification can be engraved on the coloured aluminium labels on the both sides of the
container. Additionally, instrument sets can be separated and identified according to the
different lid colour options.
