Sugar is one of the main ingredients of our product. Dessert is the product that we decided to sell
because anyone will enjoy our products. Sugar can boost your energy and mood. Our logo looks
like a child drew a candy. It symbolizes that our product may bring you back to your childhood.
Candy represents the ingredients that our products have.

Our team choose this place to start our business because most of our target market can be found
here. It is inside a subdivision meaning that the houses of the customers are just near and they
can buy our product within their area.

VISION: A company that is providing different kinds of innovative desserts. Within 5 years of
service, we will be having a factory equipped with advanced technology and 25 effective staffs
producing large quantity of supplies and developing the products’ quality.

MISSION: Our mission is to deliver high quality desserts that are affordable yet satisfying.

TAGLINE: Sweetness for Happiness.

We believe that any dessert can bring happiness to your life. It will lighten up your mood
and give you energy to enjoy what you are doing

Process:

1. Put the banana, marshmallows and chopped chocolate bar on the lumpia wrapper.
2. Roll the wrapper and seal the end with water.
3. In a frying pan, pour the oil and let it heat for about 190C.
4. Fry the mallow turon in low heat until it turns golden brown.
5. Serve with chocolate syrup.
MATERIALS TO BE USED:

Lumpia Wrapper
Sometimes called Shang-hai-style egg
roll wrappers, these skins are used typically to
prepare lumpia, savory Filipino egg rolls.
The wrappers are made from flour and water, or
cornstarch, eggs, and water.

Marshmallows
Marshmallows are a type of confectionery which
is typically made from sugar, water and gelatin
whipped to a squishy consistency, molded into
small cylindrical pieces, and coated with corn
starch. Some marshmallow recipes call for eggs
Chocolate Bar
Chocolate is a usually sweet, brown food
preparation of roasted and ground cacao seeds that
is made in the form of a liquid, paste, or in a
block, or used as a flavoring ingredient in other
foods.
Chocolate Syrup
Chocolate syrup is a sweet, chocolate-flavored
condiment. It is often used as a topping or dessert
sauce for various desserts, such as ice cream, or
mixed with milk to make chocolate milk or
blended with milk and ice cream to make a
chocolate milkshake
Cocoa Powder
an unsweetened powder produced by grinding the
seeds of the fruit of a tropical evergreen tree
called the cacao, or cocoa tree. ... Typically sold
in packets, this product contains cocoa, sugar,
dehydrated milk and other ingredients, but is not
what you would use to bake brownies or
chocolate cake.

health and blood pressure. Bananas can aid

also used in food preparation and flavouring not

termed edible oil.

Process:

To market our products, we will determine what is our target market and the competitors within
the business area. We will also determine the different procedures to market our product.

Marian Ice Cream House- they are known for their wide range of ice cream with different
toppings for an affordable price.

Shaky Shake- they are known for selling different flavors of milkshake and you can customize
your own drink by choosing different toppings and sinkers

C. TARGET MARKET
Everybody looks for something that will satisfy their eyes and hungry stomach. A
product presentation and taste. Crunchy mallows pie offers both of the qualities that
many people seek for a sweets food. In line with that, as the entrepreneurs think of their
product they also think of whom will be their target market. These are the following:
Gen Z

Entrepreneurs chose Gen Z to be their target market since they love to eat foods that are
affordable and delicious like streetfoods. Crunchy mallows pie is also a product that is easy to
eat, which is good for them.

Sweet lovers are those who buy something that is new in the market; the always updated. They
are also the chosen target market, will encourage them to buy the product since these are the
things that they need and want.

We all know that we have so many competitors that famous here in Metro Manila and
because we are starting to make a company we are scared to our competitors but one thing comes
in our mind that we will not be successful if we don’t compete with them. The strategy that we
do is to know their advantages and disadvantages for us to know what plan we do to compete to
them. Our competitors have their own uniqueness in their product. To compete with them, our
company will also provide unique type of menus

E. PRODUCT NAME AND LOGO DESCRIPTION

A. Sugar Tooth- sugar means sweet or sweetness, it indicates our main product which is
the “dessert” and we all know that the main ingredients of dessert is sugar and tooth as a
representation to those dessert lover and our logo looks like a child drew a candy. It
symbolizes that our product may bring you back to your childhoolf because of its good
and delicious taste.
B. Banana Mallow Turon- our product is an innovation of turon. Like a normal turon, it
has a banana inside but the difference is, it has chocolate and melted marshmallows
inside to substitute the sugar as the sweetener.

F. Pricing Strategy

Cost Plus Pricing

The company's pricing strategy will be cost plus pricing. The company will use this
pricing strategy because it suits the company's manufacturing business. The price of the
products will be based on what are the costs for the whole process in making the products
and adding a markup percentage to get the selling price. The profit will be easily determined
because the company already set what will be the profit. It will also help the business to
adjust the prices without losing money because the pricing will also be based on how much is
the cost of the production. The entrepreneurs also think that it will be easier to gain
consumers because the prices will not be very high

Description:

During the launch of our product, our Banana Mallow Turon will be at sale for 3 days. If a
customer will buy 2 Banana Mallow Turon, instead of paying P60, he/she will pay only P50
pesos.

•to provide best quality product and build good company's reputation
