EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Delish’ products are all ready-to-eat food and beverages that are made at home with
sanitary care and were made sure to be of best quality when served. The business offers six
different products, two of these belong to the beverages and the remaining four belong to the
food category. The beverages are as follows:

Buko Juice – This is a refreshment made with fresh coconut meat and coconut water
mixed with milk and ice.
Coffee Jelly – This refreshment is made of cubed coffee-flavored gelatin mixed in a
mixture of coffee, milk and ice.

The food products are the following:


Clubhouse sandwich – This is a sandwich that is composed of bread, hotdog, meatloaf,

Fried cheese bread with hotdog – This is a slice of bread rolled with hotdog and cheese
inside then fried.
Cake pops – These are cakes in the shape of balls inserted with straws to make it look
like lollipops and dipped in melted chocolate and sprinkled with
additional toppings.
Cookie pops – These are cookies inserted with popsicle sticks to make it look like
lollipops and dipped in melted chocolate and sprinkled with
additional toppings.

We envision to bring new flavors to the lives of our customer through our products made

Our mission is to sell and serve with the presence of commitment and position in
delivering a range of products that will provide satisfaction and delight to the customers.

I. Management aspect

Delish is a manufacturing business that sells food and beverage products. This is owned
and managed by a sole proprietor named Jessel Mae L. Cabasag.

Delish has three employees including its owner. Jessel Mae L. Cabasag is responsible for
the financial aspect, Maezelle Amor S. Orongan is assigned in marketing and Iris Coleen C.
Vingno is in-charge of bookkeeping. The three of them are dedicated to provide quality service,
together with producing quality products for the good of the business and the community as well.
Job assignments were given to each employee according their skills, abilities and specializations
in order to get the best out of each department.
II. Marketing aspect

Target Market

The target market of the business, Delish, centers on the NDMC community, specifically the
College and senior high school students

Supply and demand Gap

Delish randomly surveyed 30 college and senior high school students to determine what
products they are looking for here in NDMC. The Clubhouse sandwich was the one that got the
highest votes for the food category and the coffee jelly was the one that got the most votes for
the beverage category. In order to satisfy the customers and gain more profit, we will offer their
most demanded products.

Pricing
Pricing Policy: The prices will be strictly followed and haggling will not be entertained. Also,
credit will be refused.

BUKO JUICE

Ingredients:

 Coconut Juice/water (10php each × 5 coconuts) = P 50.00


 Grated coconut meat

 Evaported milk (28php × 1 can) = 28.00

 Condensed milk (33php × 1 can) = 33.00

 Ice (1php × 5pcs.) = 5.00

 Cup (20php × 1 pack) = 20.00

Total: P 136.00

 Condensed milk (33php × 1 can) = 33.00
 Ice (1php × 5pcs.) = 5.00
 Water (8php × 1 gallon) = 8.00

PRODUCTS
BUKO JUICE

Ingredients:

 Coconut Juice/water (10php each × 5 coconuts)


 Grated coconut meat

 Evaported milk (28php × 1 can)

 Condensed milk (33php × 1 can)

 Ice (1php × 5pcs.)

 Cup (20php × 1 pack)

Procedure:

1. Mix the ingredients together.

COFFEE JELLY

Ingredients:

 3in1 coffee (5php × 10 sachets)


 Gulaman (10php × 1 sachet)
 Condensed milk (33php × 1 can)
 Ice (1php × 5pcs.)
 Water (8php × 1 gallon)
 Cups (20php × 1 pack)

Procedures:
1. Cook gulaman according to package instructions and add 1/4 can of condensed milk and 2
sachets of 3in1 coffee while cooking. Pour to the container and chill.
2. In a separate container, dissolve the 3in1 coffee (8 packs) in two liters of water. Mix well.
Add the remaining condensed milk.
3. Cut the gulaman into tiny cubes and combine with the coffee mixture
4. Mix well.

CAKE POPS
Ingredients:
 Chocolate Cake (180php × 1 serve)
 All purpose cream (40php × 1 pack)
 Chocolate (30php × 1 pack)
 Sugar (10php × 1 pack)

 Plastic cover (10php × 1 roll)

Procedures:
1. Crumble the chocolate into fine pieces.
2. Add cream into the crushed cake.
3. Mix well and mold into balls.
4. Melt the chocolate.
5. Insert the straw into the cake balls.
6. Dip the cake pops into the melted chocolate.
7. Top the cake pops with toppings.
8. Chill.
9. Wrap with plastic cover and tie with twist tie.
10. Display and serve.

CLUBHOUSE SANDWICH
Ingredients:
 Loaf bread (45php × 1 loaf)

Procedures:
1. Cook and slice the ingredients in proportionate amounts.
2. Make a sandwich.
3. Slice into two triangles.
4. Insert the toothpick to hold the ingredients
5. Wrap with cling wrap.
6. Display and serve.

FRIED BREAD ROLL


Ingredients:
 Loaf bread (25php × 1 loaf)
 Hotdog (3php × 9pcs.)
 Cheese (50php × 1 pack)
 Egg (7php × 3pcs.)
 Oil (20php × 1 pack)
 Breadcrumbs (20php × 1 pack)
Procedures:
1. Flatten the loaf bread.
2. Put the hotdog and chessebread in the bread.
3. Roll the bread.
4. Scramble the egg before you dip the rolled bread.
5. After rolling it in the scrambled egg, roll the bread in the breadcrumbs.
6. Fry the bread roll.
7. Drain the oil.
8. Serve.

COOKIE POPS
Ingredients:
 Hi-Ro cookie (6php × 10 packs)
 Chocolate (30php × 1 pack)
 Sugar (10php × 1 pack)
 Food coloring (60php × 1 pack)
 Toppings (30php × 1 pack)
 Popsicle sticks (15php 1 pack)
 Plastic cover (10php × 1 roll)
 Twist tie (15php × 1 roll)

Procedures:
1. Stick the cookie with the popsicle sticks.
2. Melt the chocolate and add the yellow food coloring.
3. Dip the cookie into the colored melted chocolate.
4. Add the toppings.
5. Display and serve.

V. SOCIO-ECONOMIC ASPECT

Social Responsibility
We ensure that our customers get the efficient service and satisfaction as our way of
gratitude to them.
We aim to contribute and help in the LIGO (Linis as you Go) Campaign if the Notre
Dame of Midsayap College community by reminding our customers to dipose their garbages
properly.
