Regional Sales Manager leads a team of Branch Managers/ field marketing managers and prepares &
drives Sales plan for the zone/ region on yearly/ quarterly basis to achieve business objectives.
Identify potential growth & problem areas at zonal/regional/cluster level and plan initiatives to
improve the sales & market share.
Work with field marketing team and Category Heads to make Annual BTL Plan / quarterly BTL
plan for market development activities.
Lead New Product launch in the zone/ region and plan its execution (in term of targeted dealers/
users) to meet new product launch objectives in terms of distribution and user activation
Collaborate with Head Office Stakeholders to get the required improvements incorporated in the
process like improvements in distributor, Dealer, User Engagement Modules resulting in long
lasting relationships
Identify new opportunity areas at zonal/regional/ cluster level and leverage them by taking
suitable actions and sharing them with the division leadership team.
Identify success stories and what is going well within one & replicate it to other parts of the
zone/ region. Also, share it with HO so that it can be replicated across India.
Coach & Induct Branch Managers /Field Marketing Managers and other reportees (if any) on
various aspects of their R&R (like Distributor Management, Dealers Management, Team
management, User management, Sales planning and review etc.)
Distributor Management, Dealer Management, Inventory Management, Scheme Design and
effectiveness, Market Connect and In sighting.
Work on identified strategic/ transformational projects for overall organization, or for specific
Divisions / Functions – especially those which are important to the organization and influence more
than one division/ function.
Support on specific activities related to portfolio strategy, identification and incubation of new
categories, Merger & Acquisition.
Work with leadership team to track implementation of strategy, and ensure specific strategically
important pilots and projects are executed by the assigned divisional and functional team
Support leadership team to define Division / Function strategy and Major Initiatives s emanating
from Strategy
Work with leadership to derive learnings from strategy implementation and new market insights,
to help periodically update and refine strategy.
3. Senior Manager – Digital Marketing
Location: Mumbai
Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assets by
releasing monthly dashboards
Drive relationship and KRAs with multiple creative, media & performance marketing agencies
and other vendor partners
Participation in conceptualization of Digital Marketing creative & media strategy for the company
across all major brands and execution of the same
Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns for all major brands within Pidilite, including
SEO/SEM, social media, video and display advertising, lead generation.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to make effective & engaging digital marketing creatives
including videos & display.
Website development and maintenance for various brands and Corporate within the company
