Customer Success

A Customer Success representative is responsible for client retention and growth. The role involves proactive involvement with the
existing customer’s right from the time of inception throughout the entire life cycle of the customer. The person must possess very
good documentation skills, logical reasoning, objection handling and interpersonal skills.
• Gather requirements from clients, Suggest Product Solutions, coordinate with other teams to ensure seamless
Implementation.
• Have deep product knowledge of all product lines. Ability to showcase product demos and work out solutions for
Business use cases using best product fit.
• Review ongoing product usage, account health, risk assessment, industry trends, customer trends, and competitor
Landscapes; Identity upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Manage overall customer success to ensure high retention and renewal rate.
• Act as a bridge between the company and the client.
Business Development
Locations: Chennai, Bangalore Gurugram, Pune/Mumbai

New business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business
deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
As a Management Trainee in our Product Team, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing product data, developing insightful dashboards,
and publishing comprehensive reports. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about transforming data into actionable insights
to influence product strategies.
• Develop and execute the product strategy, including product roadmap, feature prioritization, and market positioning, in
alignment with the company's overall vision and goals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product
enhancements or new product development.
• Utilize user research techniques such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain deep insights into user behavior,
pain points, and preferences.
• Serve as the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs within the organization, championing a user-centric
approach to product development.
• Coordinate and execute successful product launches, including go-to-market strategies, pricing, sales enablement, and
marketing collateral.
Marketing
Location: Gurugram
In the Marketing and Communications role at Meritto, you will navigate two interlinked divisions with finesse. On one hand, you could get
to work with our dynamic Marketing division, creating a robust brand community, enhancing audience engagement, and spearheading
digital events. On the other hand, you could the opportunity to manage brand identity through creating newer brand properties,
coordinating brand assets, and overseeing sponsorship programs and campaigns.

Eligibility Criteria:
Compensation Structure:
• Initial stipend for the first 3 months will amount to INR 30,000/- per month
• Following this probationary period, the package will elevate to 8 Lakhs Per Annum (LPA) with a breakdown as follows:
