The Company is an exciting, B2B SaaS startup on a mission to help SaaS teams scale into
the enterprise segment with ease. Our turnkey authentication and user management
solutions enable SaaS teams to grow faster with minimal engineering overhead.

Founded by two second time entrepreneurs who have 12+ years experience each in building
tech products. Previously, the duo built a successful cloud based data integration platform
for SMBs that was acquired by Freshworks (NASDAQ: FRSH) in 2017.

The Company has raised $5.5M in seed capital from global VCs such as Z47 (formerly
known as Matrix) and Together Fund, led by the Freshworks founder - Girish
Mathrubootham. They also have well-reputed, experienced angels on their cap table.

Our founding product and engineering team brings firsthand experience building
authentication solutions. We leverage this expertise to help B2B SaaS startups redefine
enterprise readiness.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Demand Generation Specialist (and you’ll be one of the first GTM
hires!) to lead and execute growth marketing initiatives that drive high-quality inbound
demand. In this role, you will design and implement multi-channel campaigns, experiment
with growth tactics, and optimize our marketing funnel. Your work will directly impact our
customer acquisition strategy and fuel the growth of our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth Experiments & Campaigns:

● Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns focused on driving qualified


leads across multiple channels, including digital advertising (PPC/SEM, Social,
Display), web optimization, SEO, and email marketing.
● Design and iterate on growth experiments to identify new demand generation
opportunities. Test and implement growth hacks to increase inbound leads, enhance
engagement, and optimize conversion rates.

Web Optimization & CRO

● Implement website and landing page optimization techniques to improve conversion


rates of leads — utilizing A/B testing, heatmaps, and user behavior analysis.
● Collaborate with the development team to recommend and execute website
enhancements
● Continuously track and refine CRO tactics to drive lead generation and improve ROI.

Content & SEO Collaboration

● Partner with the content marketing team to create demand-gen content, including
eBooks, case studies, webinars, and blog posts.
● Develop and manage SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page
optimization, and ongoing monitoring to enhance content visibility and attract
qualified traffic.
● Integrate SEO best practices into content creation and website optimization efforts to
improve search rankings and increase engagement.

Paid Marketing & Social Management

● Execute paid media and social advertising campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn,
Google Ads, experimenting with new ad formats, targeting options and channels to
expand reach .
● Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize budget allocation and
maximize impact.
● Test and iterate on channel strategies to identify the most effective platforms for
reaching target audiences and achieving marketing goals.

Lead Nurturing, Funnel Optimization & Analytics

● Create and refine lead nurturing workflows that maximize conversion rates and
reduce the sales cycle
● Implement and track lead scoring models to enhance lead quality and improve the
hand-off to the sales team.
● Track and report on the performance of campaigns using key metrics such as leads
generated, conversion rates, CAC, and ROI. Leverage insights from data to adjust
campaigns, and uncover new opportunities for optimization.

● B2B SaaS Experience: 2-5 years of experience driving demand generation for B2B
SaaS products, with a solid understanding of customer personas, diverse growth
experiments, and SaaS sales cycles
● Customer-Centric: A strong commitment to understanding our target audience and
are dedicated to creating marketing experiences that resonate with target personas.
● Experimental & Results-Oriented: You thrive on testing new ideas and discovering
creative solutions. You approach demand generation with a results-oriented mindset,
continuously experimenting with strategies and channels to drive measurable
outcomes, optimize performance, and achieve marketing goals.
● Data-Driven & Analytical: You are comfortable with numbers and have experience
tracking key metrics such as leads, conversion rates, CAC, and ROI. You rely on
data to guide your decisions, measure campaign success, and iterate on strategies
to maximize impact.
● Startup Adaptability: You excel in a fast-paced startup environment and are
comfortable with change. You can quickly pivot strategies based on feedback or new
insights and are eager to take on challenges that come with scaling a young
company.
