ANNEXURE-I: TECHNO-COMMERCIAL SUMMERY FOR RO+DM+MB
PLANT 1000 LPH

• SEMI-AUTOMATIC RO+DM unit having water at the flow rate of 1000 LPH having
Output of less than 20µ followed by MB PLANT of TDS: 0-5 ppm, Conductivity > 1
μS/cm at a pH value 6.0-7.5

PRICE: Price for the above system is as follows:

• RO+DM+MB PLANT 1000 LPH: Rs. 3,65,000/-


INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING CHARGES: RS. 15,000/-

PRICE BASE: Transportation for site shall be charged extra.

TAXES: GST @ 18% shall be extra.

DELIVERY: Plant will be installed within 5 to 6 weeks from date of receipt of


your order along with advance payment.

INSTALLATION: Plant will be installed by our engineer at your site. However, you
will get all connection ready as stated above prior to calling us
engineer for Installation.

PAYMENT: 50% Advance along with order and balance 50% before dispatching
of material. Installation charges shall be paid within 1 week of
installation.

WARRANTY: One year against manufacturing defects. Plant is designed for


successful running for a long run. No warranty on membrane and
consumable items (filters, chemicals and all other consumables parts).
We are responsible for any manufacturing defects and technical
defects in plant. But if defect is due to customer behalf, then standard
charges will apply.

ANNEXURE-II: SALIENT FEATURES OF RO+DM+MB SYSTEM

1. The Proposed water treatment based on R.O. technology is designed to produce


product water at the flow rate of 1000 LPH. as per below mentioned.

2. The proposed water treatment system is SEMI-AUTOMATIC system not the


conventional Manual system, which will be operated through control panel. The
control panel will give the continuous display of the flow for wastage water and
treated water. The proposed Water treatment system gets turned off when the raw
water tank goes empty, also it will automatically turn off when the treated water tank
gets filled.

3. MOC of pressure vessel for Dual Media Filter will be FRP.

4. Multi-port valve mechanism is provided for filter system instead of conventional


Three-valve mechanism to facilitate the smooth operation and less maintenance
requirement.

5. All interconnecting as well as frontal pipework for the entire system will be made
UPVC.

ANNEXURE-III: BASIS OF DESIGN AND TREATMENT SCHEME


1. PLANT INTRODUCTION:
The proposed water treatment plant based on Reverse Osmosis Technology is
designed to produce product water at the flow rate of 1000 LPH as per below
mentioned parameters.
2. RAW WATER ANALYSIS:
We have designed the proposed water treatment system based on assumed raw water
analysis:
Colors : True colors
Odor : Agreeable
pH value : 5.5
Total Dissolved Solids : 550
3. END WATER QUALITY: (AFTER RO+DM+MB SYSTEM)
TDS: 0-5 ppm, Conductivity > 1 µS/cm
4. R.O. PLANT OPERATING DATA:
Feed flow rate : 2000 LPH
Average recovery : 50% (Based on TDS)

5. TREATMENT SCHEME:
• RAW WATER PUMP
It is Starting pump to feed raw water into plant.
• ANTI-SCALING DOSING
It is essential to dose anti-scaling chemical to remove scaling on the RO membrane
surface.
• MICRON CARTRIDGE FILTER
The water from the above unit shall be passed through a cartridge filter assembly with
cartridges of 5/10 microns nominal rating. This has been incorporated to carry on fine
filtration before subjecting the water to RO Membranes. This will avoid choking of
the membranes.

• HIGH PRESSURE PUMP


Since the RO plant works on higher pressures because of the osmotic pressures,
therefore, pumping it through a high-pressure pump first pressurizes the feed water to
RO.
• RO MODULES
The pressurized water from the high-pressure pump shall be fed to the RO Membranes
held in RO pressure tubes, wherein there will be a rejection of the dissolved solids and
permeate you will get will be with reduced dissolved solids.
• DM & MB Plants
DM (demineralized) water plants are systems used to carry out industrial water
treatment. To be more precise, the DM plant remove dissolved solids or minerals
from process streams and feed water. These plants remove minerals using any one of
the following procedures: Deionization. Distillation.
Mixed bed having consists of strong acid cation exchange and strong base anion
exchange resin.
The end water quality shall be achieved subject to:

1. Feed quality is same as specified in your inquiry. In case of any change in the quality
of raw water, the same many heavy implications on the Operating parameters and end
water quality of the system.
2. Feed limiting condition mentioned in our offer is strictly maintained.
3. Operation of water treatment plant is strictly followed in totality as per our
instruction.

PRICE: Price for the above system is as follows:


• RO+DM+MB PLANT 1000 LPH: ₨. 3,65,000/-
