    1. Reference: Radio message from APD, LPPO with CN LNOPN1208-209-
    2019 Reiteration re Instruction from RD, PRO8 dated November 13, 2019 to
    increase the CSE and/or CCE and to reduce the monthly crime rate in AOR.

    2. In reference above, please be informed that from 8:00 AM to 11:59 PM and


    1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. of February 2, 2024, PNP personnel of Pastrana MPS under
    the supervision of the undersigned OIC conducted mobile patrol and police presence
    at the places of convergence and strategic places to reduce the crime rates and to
    increase crime solution embodied on E-MPO concept being the primary operational
    strategies of the PNP.

    3. Attached are the pictures taken during the said activity.
