3. Structure and working principle

Five-layer belt dryer with five-story structure, the material


from the top to join, the thickness of the material by the
automatic distribution device control, driven by the network,

4.Installation and debugging:

The joints should be carefully examined, and no loose


phenomena shall be found. Inspect all parts of the dryer and
confirm the complete and undamaged condition. Inspect each
decelerating motor and bearing, confirm that there is
sufficient grease (oil).

Inspect the conveyer belt to be flexible, no CARDS, touch,


friction etc.

Check the tightness of the conveyor belt and confirm that the
adjustable support is locked.

Check the fasteners on the conveyer belt to confirm the


unloose and falling off.

Check the conveyor belt driving motor to make sure it turns


right.

Check for the steering of the rotor, and make sure it is turned
right;

Inspect the fan motor to make sure it is turned right;

Check the steam system to confirm that the steam system


diagram is under construction.

Check the steam line and confirm that it has been developed.
Check the steam line to make sure there are no running,
running, dropping and leakage.

Check the filter in the steam system to confirm that it has


been cleared.

Check all sides of the steam system to confirm that it has


been closed.

Determine the heat source, power supply, air supply and


drainage system being ready, enter the pressure of steam in
the dryer is not lower than 0.8 MPa, the steam piping system
components normal trouble-free; No blockage of filter, steam
trap and drain line;

The cooling system of the main exhaust blower bearing box is


ready.

It is determined that the drying net is clean and undamaged,


and the bottom of the drying room is not large enough to make
sure that the steam radiator fin and the radiator screen are
not choked with dust.

It is determined that the circulation fan is not closed, and all


the wind doors are on the same opening.

Set up the powder collection device, waste collection device


and product conveyer and product bin.

Closing doors, manholes, and viewing doors are closed.

5. Operation and maintenance

During the production period, be careful to check the drying


net belt, if any damage should be done in time to fix the leak.

Nurture stone roller conveyor chain must free rotation or orbit


will be excessive wear, if the load is lighter, mesh belt roller
won't turn, but can still easily with the hand roller rotation.
Must ensure that the manual chain oil once a week, when
conveying chain rotation on the each side of the roller drip,
excessive oil does not protect the conveyor, it caused by dust
accumulation.

During production, be careful to check all bearings, such as


finding that special vibration or abnormal noise should be
replaced in time.

During the production period, we should check the base of the


circulating fan, such as finding that the fixed bolts should be
fixed in time.
During the production period, we should check the soft
connection of the main fan inlet, if any damage should be
changed in time.

Check and clean the circulation fan impeller every week to


prevent the dust from affecting the fan performance or
causing vibration.

6. Failure and exclusion 
