1. Can you tell me a little about yourself?
First of all, I would like to thank you for the time and opportunity given for me to be able to do an interview today. My name is (your name), I am a fresh graduate, majoring in (your vocational) at Dinamika Pembangunan 1 Vocational High School Jakarta. I was an internship at (company), during the school. I did (your job desc). I have great communication and interpersonal skills, also I can easily adapt in every situation. Now, I am looking for a new challenge to join in company, to take on more leadership and responsibility
2. How did you hear about the position?

3. What are your greatest professional strengths?
I think some of my greatest strengths are (my communication skills/ discipline/ can adapt in every situations/ initiative/ good on problem solving/ my time management) (General) I know how to operate lathe machine and research, design, thermal sensors, also create some products as a mechanical engineer. (Mechanical engineering voc) I’m skilled at repairing car so detail and fast also I’m fast to find some automotive trouble and good at team work, understand using repairment tools that have any functions and able to understand it by using English. (Automotive engineering voc) I’m good at solving electrical problem with safety procedure as company needs also able to speak English and have skill at maintenance stuffs such as repairing or replacing, servicing, and functional checks. (Electrical engineering voc) My strengths are, able to operate computer and solving network problem also have ability in coding as a programmer. I am a computer literate which is good in operating Microsoft office. (Computer and networking engineering voc)
4. What would your salary requirements be?
According to my skill and capability, I require salary within range of 5-6 million Rupiah According to my capability and licences/ certificates that I have, I require salary within range of 6-8 million Rupiah Base on my experienced that I have, I expect salary within range 3-4 million Rupiah. I expect salary according to regional minimum wage
5. What are your weaknesses?
If I have to make an important decision, I need a long time to make research. But I will learn to make a right decision. If I love my job, I usually do it totally and sometimes I don’t pay attention to people around me. But I will learn not to be individual because I am team player. I am shy person, but I will try to improve myself confident I can be a bit a straightforward at time and sometimes that hurts people but I am working on this and try to stop myself from being overly direct My greatest weakness is that I don’t have any work experience, but I am a fast learner.
6. How do you handle if you find any obstacles on your job?
First of all, I will look for what are the problem points that become obstacles in my work and I will use my knowledge and my previous experience to face it to solve the obstacle. I will try to overcome the obstacle by myself first. I will use my knowledge and my previous experience to face it. I also will need my team work or my supervisor to analyse my decision. I will see the point of obstacles and combine the best way to solve the obstacles so that I can conquer the problems. If I cannot handle the problem, I will ask my co-worker/ my team work to help me.
