    RESOLUTION DECLARING THE TEMPORARY BARANGAY HEALTH CENTER AS THE


    PERMANENT BARANGAY HEALTH CENTER OF PILI, SAN FERNANDO, ROMBLON.

    WHEREAS, Section 15, Article II of the Constitution provides that “the State shall protect and
    promote the right to Health of the people and instill consciousness among them;

    WHEREAS, pursuant to Section17 of the Local Government Code, the local government unite
    concerned shall exercise power and discharge function and responsibilities as are necessary, appropriate,
    or incidental to efficient and effective provision of the basic services and facilities such as the provision
    of a Barangay health Center which is the primordial need of a developing barangay;

    WHEREAS, Barangay Pili needs to have a permanent Barangay Health center that could be used
    as space for visit and consultation as scheduled or as needed by midwives and nurses from the Municipal
    Health Center;

    WHEREAS, barangay health center is a community-based and the goal is to offer first aid,
    maternal and child health care, communicable diseases, and other basic health services to all the
    constituents of the barangay.
    NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Bernardo V. Romano duly seconded by all the
    members present, it was:

    RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, Declaring the Temporary Barangay Health Center as the
    Permanent Barangay Health Center of Pili, San Fernando, Romblon.

    RESOLVED FINALLY, to provide copies of this resolution to the office of the barangay for
    their information and record.

    APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY this 4th day of December, 2023.
