    PEER PERFORMANCE EVALUATION

    Peer performance evaluation is the process where the members of the same group with similar
    business/academic responsibilities use peer evaluation forms to assess and rate each other’s skills
    objectively.
    Peer assessment involves students taking responsibility for assessing their peers' work against set
    assessment criteria. They can therefore be engaged in providing feedback to their peers (sometimes
    referred to as peer review), summative grades (moderated by you or your colleagues), or a combination of
    the two. It is particularly useful in aiding students to develop judgment skills, critiquing abilities, and self-
    awareness.
    This peer assessment is to assess/evaluate both individual efforts and contributions to group work. Each
    member of the group shall be given an assessment/evaluation form. Each student will have the chance to
    critique and provide feedback on their work. Assessors/evaluators shall remain anonymous to the other
    members of the group by their Leader to ensure a fair and unbiased evaluation.
