    1st Divison ManCom
    At city Asturias Hotel
    Puerto Princesa City

    The first day of the Mancom started write the opening activity such as prayer, National
    Anthem,bringing of Mimaropa at DepEd Manner,followed by spoken poetry by Ma'am Nora
    Nangit and the presentation of the participants.

    The following are the first days input of speakers


    1. Sir Rodrigue Dimalinao-reflect on the previous year’s challenges
    Dahil Matatag ang DepEd
     deserve mo yan

     Thank you sa pinagdaanan
     naituwid natin ang 2023
    2. Ma’am Elsie Barrios-Division Superintendent shared the readings for us to reflect and the
    resilient the porcupine
     Listen to others need -avoid judging.
     Leader is a must.
     practice Empathy-putting yourself and their situation
     embrace not judgmental
     Set help boundaries-no to mabait yan si Ma’am dahil hindi ka gumamit ng DLL.
     Know what will make you angry-learn to calm
     offer unconditional love
     Practice patience and understanding as you navigate in your workplace love and
    community.
     let go expectation
     find humor
     little like heartedness can less tension
     Emotional energy-green living thing sa room.

    6.Ma'am Clavecillas-Medical officer
     Extend her pasalamat to all teachers for 100% complying the annual medical exam.
    7. She said,
     We must be healthy as we serve our clients better.

    8. The second and last day of ManCom focuses on the concern of the following without was

     He transferred to Mindoro everything seem emotional but still manageable in his
    messages he encourage all SH and teachers to be Matino,Matapat ,Mabuti at Mahusay
    habang sama-sama natin abutin ang pangarap na bituin-ang goal ng DepEd .
    11. An emotional sendoff program (very urgent) for Sir Ventura follows before the destination of
    certificates ,the 2 days ManCom was free of challenges ,learning’s and inspiration.
