Benzara E – Commerce India Pvt Ltd was registered on 21 December 2015 and is located in its
own 3000 sq ft office space in Logix Technova Commercial Towers, Sector 132, Noida astride
Noida – Greater Noida Expressway. It is the partner company of Benzara Incorporated, a Los
Angeles/USA based E-Commerce Company Incorporated in 2009 and which is into online sales in
USA and Canada of home décor, kitchen appliances, home improvement, furniture, garden,
outdoors, sports, musical instruments, consumer electronics, office products and tools categories.
Benzara Inc. is a leader in home décor products and home décor category in USA is a $23bn
business increasing 20% yearly.
The websites of the company are www.casagear.com for retail and www.benzara.com for
wholesale. A 60,000 sq ft(storage capacity 100000 sq ft) automated warehouse facility is there in
Los Angeles with employee strength of 50. Besides sales through own websites, the company is
undertaking sales on 20 to 25 third party online market places like Amazon US, Wayfair,
Overstock, Opensky, Target, Lowes, Home Depot, Walmart, Cymax, Staples, Belk etc. Benzara
Inc. sources products across the globe and undertakes online retail and wholesale sales throughout
North America. The company is also registered with Amazon India and Flipkart and plans to enter
the Indian market at the opportune moment. The Noida office under Benzara E-Commerce India
Pvt Ltd undertakes all E-Commerce functions except warehousing and shipment. The Noida office
employee strength is 85 with most of them being BBA/B Tech/MBA qualified. In addition, we
have freelancers and interns on live projects on our panel.
The Customer Relationship Management & Operations Team is one of the most important teams
of the company as, besides projecting the image of the Brand Benzara, it is responsible to handle
the day to day operational aspects and customer management in a near real time basis. Most of
the team’s functions are automated like order processing, management of customer queries and
data management for which we have different software platforms. The detailed responsibilities
are given as under:-
• Responding to the customers’ queries/issues on emails.
• Processing sales orders and monitoring their tracking.
• Processing of POs of vendors.
• Checking of sales orders for correctness of shipping details, carrying out price/stock review
and ensuring timely fulfillment of orders.
• Carrying out periodic health check of various sales channels and improving ratings on various
online marketplaces.
• Analysis of damages/returns/cancellations.
• Filing various shipping claims.
• Ensuring that wrong listings as and when noticed are corrected promptly.
• Building up customer loyalty/retention and increasing the customer base.
• Undertaking analysis of all operational tasks and taking measures to increase the operational
efficiency.

Qualifications - We are looking for only freshers who have recently completed MBA. Freshers with BBA/B
Tech qualifications may also apply.
Salary Package/CTC - On successful completion of 4 months management trainee period the salary
package will be of CTC INR 4 lacs per annum for MBA qualified candidate and CTC of INR 3.5 Lacs per
annum for BBA/B Tech qualified candidate.
