throughout the country.
• High-volume sourcing recruiter for Amazon Fulfillment throughout the country focusing on operations managers
• Sourcing candidates using a variety of databases and tools including LinkedIn, iCIMS, Indeed, networking, and referrals
• Utilizing Boolean search skills and strings to target minority groups and military talent
• Utilizing iCIMS and Amazon Hire to track candidate activity as they move through the recruiting process

interview format
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship man-

• Create and maintain job reqs for different job openings through out the country for amazon.

• Handle intake, position posting, phone screens, interviews and scheduling
• Consistently provide a full slate of candidates within 7 days of open requisition.
• Review 300-400+ applicants and source for 100+ passive candidates weekly for high volume requisitions.
• Manage 10-15+ requisitions at a time.
• Qualify 20+ candidates per requisition based upon skill and cultural fit, utilizing behavioral based approach and screening
criteria.
• Source for passive candidates utilizing different Boolean strings.
• Provide the highest quality customer service to the client and candidates through recruiting process.
• Influence stakeholders to make informed hiring decisions by furnishing data and market intelligence.
• Maintain relationships with candidates for the length of the recruitment process.

• Enhanced the recruitment process by designing a spreadsheet to track open and closed requisitions and identify candidates.
