ROLE B : IRFAN Graphic Designer
ROLE C : FARAH Office Manager
farah good morning adzmir, how are you? today you have some tasks that
need to be completed. I hope you can finish it before tomorrow. if
you have any questions you can ask me.
adzmier good morning too miss, I'm fine. ok fine i will try to send it tomorrow.

30 minutes later

adzmier (frustrated whisper) Ugh, why won't this software cooperate? I wish
someone could help me figure this out.
[Farah overhears Adzmeir's frustration but assumes he's just having a
Farah bad day.]
(thinking to herself) Adzmeir seems stressed today. I hope he's okay.
Maybe he just needs some time to himself.
Irfan [Meanwhile, Irfan finishes a report and realizes she needs input from
Adzmeir before submitting it.]

(to himself) I need Adzmeir's opinion on this report, but he seems really
busy. I'll just wait until he's less swamped.
[Time passes, and the lack of communication leads to missed
opportunities for collaboration.]

Irfan (typing an email) Hey Adzmeir, I finished the report for the client
presentation. Can you take a look when you have a moment?
[Adzmeir finally notices irfan's email and feels guilty for not
communicating earlier.]

Adzmeir (responding to the email) Sorry, Irfan. I've been struggling with a desigln
issue. I'll check out the report right away.
s [Farah realizes the office dynamic could be improved with better
communication.]

Farah (addressing Irfan and Adzmeir) Hey guys, I've noticed some tension
lately. Let's make an effort to communicate more openly and help
each other out when needed, okay?
Irfan (nodding) Yeah, you're right, Farah. I should have reached out to
Adzmeir sooner.

Adzmeir (agrees) I'm sorry for not speaking up about my design problem earlier.
Thanks for understanding, Farah.

foster a more communicative and supportive office environment.]
[after a few hours the coworkers face new challenges that test their
communication skills.]
[Adzmeir encounters a complex task but hesitates to ask for help, fearing
she might appear incompetent.]
Adzmeir (to himself) This task seems daunting, but I don't want to bother anyone
with my questions. I'll figure it out on my own.
[Irfan notices Adzmeir's struggle but assumes he's capable of handling it
himself.]
Irfan (thinking to himself) Adzmeir looks a bit overwhelmed. I'm sure she'll ask
for assistance if she needs it. I shouldn't interrupt her workflow.

[Farah overhears snippets of conversation and notices a pattern of

hesitation among her coworkers.]
Farah (addressing Adzmeir and Irfan) Hey guys, I've scheduled a team-building
session for this afternoon. Let's take some time to discuss our
communication habits and how we can improve them as a team.
[Adzmeir and Irfan exchange curious glances, intrigued by the idea.]

Adzmeir (smiling) That sounds like a great idea, Farah. I'm looking forward to it.

Irfan (nodding) Yeah, I think it could help us work better together. Thanks for
organizing it, Farah.
[During the team-building session, Adzmeir, Irfan, and Farah engage in
open discussions about communication challenges and brainstorm
solutions together.]

[After the session, Irfan, Adzmeir, and Farah feel more connected and
empowered to communicate openly in the workplace.]

keiiou [Adzmeir faces a tight deadline but feels overwhelmed by the workload.]

Adzmeir (sighing) This deadline is coming up fast, and I have so much to do. I
wish I could ask for help, but I don't want to burden anyone.
[Irfan notices Adzmeir's distress and approaches her desk.]

Irfan (kindly) Hey Adzmeir, I noticed you seem stressed. Is everything okay?

Adzmeir (hesitant) Actually, I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed with this project. I could
use some assistance if you have a moment.
Irfan (smiling) Of course! Let's brainstorm together and see how we can tackle
this task efficiently.
[Meanwhile, Farah notices the interaction between Adzmeir and Irfan
and feels proud of their progress.]
