EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Mr Print Legacy started its operation since 6th January 2015 as an Enterprise company and further upgraded to Private Limited (Sdn.
Bhd) on 10th December 2018.

The Company specialized in four (4) different services, which are:

1.Sublimation 2. Embroidery 3. Silk Screen 4. Heat transfer

These services specifically produced the Company’s primary products, for instance, corporate-collared shirt, short- and long-sleeves non-
collared shirt as well as Muslimah shirt.

The Company’s business plan is prepared to secure financing facilities provided by SME Bank through their very own product called “Saham
Keutamaan Boleh Tukar Boleh Tebus Islamik” valued at RM5,000,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Five Million Only)

Mr Print Legacy aim to achieve target sales of RM8,000,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Eight Million and above) approaching 2027 within these
strategic methods:

1. To purchase advanced-technology machines and devices to accelerate production rate.


2. To establish two (2) new office branches by the year 2025 as a ‘pilot’ phase project before setting up more Company branches.
3. To provide Intensive Training to Top 10 (ten) marketing agents for their career development as a Branch Manager of Mr Print Legacy.

IMPACT OF COVID-19 PANDEMIC TO THE COMPANY

DECREASE IN TOTAL SALES


● Due to Covid-19 pandemic, 88% of total sales faced abrupt decrease, from RM2,100,000.00 per annum in
2019 to almost RM250,000 in 2021.

FORCED TO DIVERT THE COMPANY BUSINESS FIELD


● The Company had to sell snacks (keropok lekor) during Covid-19 to cover the Company’s
essential costs and to avoid from cease operation.

STAFFS’ RESIGNATIONS
● Eight (8) staffs resigned simultaneously on June 2020 as a refusal act to the Company since the
business field diversion.

SWOT ANALYSIS
A) STRENGTH (INDIVIDUAL)
• Management authority have clear strategy towards launching three (3) new office branches in three (3) years time.
• The management have strong-will and bravery in making unfavourable decision to ensure the brand (Mr Print Legacy) keep on
sustain in the market. (for example; switching to snack food (keropok lekor) seller during Covid-19)
• Deliberately handled business’s risks (for example; Setting aside initial funds in Fixed Deposit account to secure new office
branch for ‘pilot’ start-up before opening more branches)

B) WEAK(INDIVIDUAL)
• The management hardly develop loyal staffs.
• The management did not have career goals for staffs, hence an action plan is established to handle such situation.

C) OPPORTUNITY (COMPANY)
• Mr Print Legacy target market will focus on product owners/ agents system/ seminar trainers or any individuals and companies
capable to order in bulk.
• Selection of high quality materials by the company to comply with premium market branding.
• Lifestyle changes leads to increasing demand (for instance; internet access and usage, creative community etc.)

D) THREAT (COMPANY)
• Price increment of raw materials (fabric) – shall be reduced with large orders.
• Tough competition from other market-players – website upgrade and online shopping (e-commerce) may overcome the situation
• Low profit rate – addition to order quality and reduce operational cost.

OVERVIEW

1. Mr Print focused to the ‘custom clothes’ market situation in Malaysia only.

2. Malaysia’s wide market and 3 lifestyle or trends which involve women’s


products. It is approved by our highest sales in Muslimah shirts. Therefore,
the Company will continue to produce women-related products in future.

3. Based on current urban lifestyle, women are


concerned more of their self-esteem and distinct
outfit. They appreciate differences and thus
making Mr Print relevant to their needs. Custom
designs and exclusivity surely able to satisfy their
fashion sense.

can be acquired instantly.
