The target participants for this School INSET are the school personnel. It
composed of one school head and seven teachers. Teachers are known to be
productive and flexible, and they are fit and capable of carrying out the tasks and
responsibilities that are assigned to them.
Impact:
100% of the teacher-participants are expected to be oriented on the policies
and priority programs initiated by the DepEd and informed on the indicators for
their IPCRF to be passed at the end of the school year.
Organizational Outcome:
In pursuit to the goal of the Department of Education, all teachers would be
knowledgeable and equipped with the latest pedagogical skills, teaching
methodologies, and subject matter expertise. This directly translates into a
higher standard of education for students.
Outputs:
Based on the topics to be discussed from the training, teachers are expected
to craft instructional learning materials to be used in implementation of the
priority programs.

Enabling Objectives:
The following are the objectives of this policy:
To be familiar on the policies and priority programs of the Department of
Education.
To calibrate the Individual Performance Commitment and Review Forms
(IPCRF) for the remaining period of 2023.
To discuss and resolve issues and gaps affecting the performance of the
personnel.
To enhance student learning outcomes.
To elevate teaching quality of teachers addressing diverse learners.
To promote lifelong learning to all learners.
With the competencies gained from this training, upskilled participants will be
able to apply what they learned from the seminar in real-life.
For the effective implementation of this training, the session matrix including
topics, persons involved and the time frame to be used will be planned and
scheduled according to its importance.
At the end of each session, the school administrator will monitor the
completed completion report.

timetable, which should be immediately followed by application (data collection and
submission).
Except for the slide deck presentation created by the facilitators, no other
resource materials are required for the delivery of this INSET.
