Attitude scales is a tool which provides a quantitative measurement of attitudes, opinions or values by summarizing numerical scores based on
people’s response to a set of statements. The attitude scales have limitations and considerations including issues related to validity, reliability.
Despite these challenges, when appropriately used attitude scales can yield good attitude of a person.
