Terms & Conditions

1. Any commercial discrepancy in line with the Pro Forma Invoice should be brought to our attention with due acknowledgement from our
team within 24 hours of invoice generation from our side.
2. Our liabilities are limited to the computable value of the bare PCB and the PCB Assembly, in conformance of merchandise.
3. We source electronic components from a varied range of global sourcing channels, which can have unforeseen delays due to the scale
and complexity of the process. Our team takes all the necessary measures to ensure safe and timely transport. However, if any damage is
incurred to the goods in the process of transit, Circuit Systems (India) Private Limited/PCB Power, its associates, or any of its employees will
not be liable against the claims of damage or related expenses/charges.
4. The component requirements are sensitive to design changes which are bound to occur by at least a small percentage when we resolve
exceptions. Hence, pre-production processes will precede the Turnkey or Combo Component Sourcing lifecycle to avoid process
inefficiencies and delays.
5. For orders with delivery times of 1, 3, and 5 working days, kindly resolve all technical exceptions within 4 hours of their occurrence. An
additional working day will be added to the dispatch date for every subsequent 4-hour interval.
For orders with delivery times of 7, 10, 15, 20, and 25 working days, kindly resolve all technical exceptions within 10 hours of their
occurrence. An additional working day will be added to the dispatch date for every subsequent 10-hour interval.
Please note: These guidelines are applicable exclusively during working/business days. Our working days are from Monday to Saturday
from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
6. All the delivery schedules are subjected to the successful receipt of final input and clarity on technical & financial queries raised by our
team.
7. Any and all claims made against Circuit Systems (India) Private Limited, PCB Power, their associates or employees attributable to
unforeseen delays in the schedules will automatically get rendered null & void.
8. All the working day calculations and schedules will begin only after our Quality Assurance Team is reasonably confident about the
verification.
9. All the tolerances will be in line with the information available on https://www.pcbpower.com/
10. We operate a precise, tested, and consistent quality assessment process. However, it is common for PCBs in a panel to get X-Out
marks in the assembly or manufacturing process. As far as the X-Out mark ratio is between 10% to 35% of the total number of circuits,
your non-X-out PCBs in a panel will run without any performance issues and will be statistically aligned with the high-performing PCBs.
11. Shipment dates will be revised and communicated if you seek clarity on technical and financial inputs.
12. Prices are a function of the number of drill-holes as well as the mechanical complexity of the process. Both of the variables can lead
to revised prices.
13. ENIG Surface finish processes will have confirmed prices for 30% of the surface area of the PCB. Any ENIG processes beyond that will
require price revision, which shall be communicated by our team.
14. We strongly recommend the storage of all our products and deliverables in an environmentally-controlled facility, adherent with IPC
standards.
15. We recommend the PCB baking processes to last at HAL/LF HAL – 150 Degree Celsius for 2 Hours and IMM. Gold/Tin – 120
Degree Celsius for 2 hours before the assembly or component mounting processes are initiated.
16. All the PCBs used after 90 days from the date of invoice will require a thorough quality examination before getting included in the
assembly process. Circuit Systems (India) Private Limited, PCB Power, their associates, or employees will not be liable to accept any claims
as soon as the 90-day period mentioned above is over.
17. In the case of bare boards supplied by Circuit Systems (India) Private Limited, PCB Power we will accept claims limited to bare PCBs
replacement only. Warranty does not apply after components are mounted by the customer to the PCBs. Circuit Systems (India) Private
Limited / PCB Power's liability shall not exceed the price of bare PCBs.
PCB Power shall bear the responsibility of replacing only the bare board for PCBs and the PCB Assembly Services. All the liability
pertaining to the individual or aggregate components shall rest with the respective component suppliers and exercised as per their
applicable policies. The PCB Power team will make all the efforts necessary to work alongside customers and coordinate diligently with
the suppliers on matters necessitating exercise of the liability to replace. For consigned PCB Assembly orders, the maximum liability is
limited to bare PCBs.
18. No changes to these terms and conditions nor any different terms on customer's purchase order shall be binding unless agreed upon
in writing by Circuit Systems (India) Private Limited, PCB Power management or its authorized personnel. In the event of non - conforming
product, notification must be informed to Circuit Systems (India) Private Limited, PCB Power by email or letter within 30 (thirty) calendar
days of the receipt of the material. Returns will not be accepted after 30 (thirty) calendar days of receipt.
All the Cheques and Purchase Orders must be addressed to Circuit Systems (India) Private Limiteds.
