    RESOLUTION No. 2022-06

    A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RENEWAL OF APPOINTMENT OF MRS. MIRASOL P.


    QUIMPANO AS BARANGAY CONTRACT TRACER OF BARANGAY CABINGTAN, ORMOC
    CITY, LEYTE, PHILIPPINES

    WHEREAS, Proclamation No. 922 dated March 2020 by the President Rodrigo R. Duterte
    declaring the Philippines under State of Public Health Emergency allowing the
    activation of the measures contained in Republic Act no. 11332 or the “Mandatory
    Reporting of Notifiable Diseases and Health Events of the Public Health Concern
    Act” requiring a whole-of-Government response and needing the efforts of
    Government Agencies and Local Government Unit;

    WHEREAS, there is need for appointing a Barangay Contract Tracer as an Augmentation


    Manpower / Front liner in order to help the National and Local Government in the
    tracing, monitoring, follow-up and reporting of the individuals who are suspected
    coming from a place with Local Transmission of COVID-19;

    WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Cabingtan highly believes the capacity of the
    aforementioned appointee to perform its duties and functions through its
    competency rendered as Barangay Contract Tracer; SB Members – Committee on
    Health and Sanitation, Hon. Benjamin Rivera was mandated as the Chairman and
    assisted by Committee on Peace and Order, Hon. Ruben L. Parco as Co-Chairman
    and Committee on Appropriation and Finance, Hon. Johanan R. Cantay, together
    with the rest of the Sangguniang Barangay Members, Barangay Tanods and
    Barangay Health Worker Members;

    NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Benjamin R. Rivera, Committee Chairman on Health,


    duly seconded by Hon. Johanan R. Cantay, Committee Chairman on Appropriation and
    Finance, be it;

    RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to confirm the renewal of appointment of Mrs. Mirasol P.


    Quimpano as Barangay Contract Tracer of Barangay Cabingtan, Ormoc City;

    RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution, each to the office of the City Mayor,
    City Health Office, Liga ng mga Barangay, and Office of the DILG all of Ormoc City;

    Approved unanimously.
