o Organisational Development & Change Management: Work in partnership with leadership team to manage
transformation using effective strategies to enable the organization to navigate through the change journey, e.g.,
growth, restructuring, integration, etc.
o Cultural Change: Identify cultural change needs and address cultural and complex organisational problems
o Employee Engagement: Promote efforts to measure employee satisfaction. Conceptualise and facilitate employee
engagement and welfare initiatives
o Harmonize HR policies and procedures, establish governance structure regarding Employee Relations and enabled
workforce flexibility
o Manage COE’s of PMS, L&D, C&B, HR Audit, Corporate and Statutory Compliances
o Expat Management and related Statutory Compliances
