aspects of training & development including e-learning platform management and compliance educational programs
Key Deliverables:
§ Collaborate with Business Leaders to design framework and training needs for Supervisory Effectiveness Programs
§ Review performance scores, annual appraisal feedback and conduct training needs analysis on business processes to determine
the development as well as functional training requirements for supervisors and front-end employees
§ Design and implement the framework to communicate business change requirements
§ Build an efficient new hire training program to ensure successful transition of new hires from training to production
§ Strategize the training delivery methodology such as Instructor-Led, Web-Based (self learning) or Webinar sessions based on the
training programs and business requirements
§ Design and implement behavioral and development training programs for middle management staff
§ Ensure compliance to policies and regulatory requirements through training programs
§ Manage the E-Learning platform
§ Conduct TNI/TNA to identify process knowledge improvement opportunities
§ Collaborate with Business Leaders and external training institutes to organize technical and business management programs
§ Develop L&D progress dashboards for monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews
