This Deed of Absolute Sale made by and between:
I, ANTONIO C. PALCES married to ARLENE B. PALCES, both of legal age, Filipinos, and
resident of Block 26 Lot 32 Vienna Street Golden City Phase 1 Anabu II Imus City, Cavite, herein
after referred to as the SELLER.
-AND-
I, JHON MICHAEL C. PULMO & JOHN PAUL C. PULMO, both of legal age, both single,
Filipinos, and resident of #56 Sitio Malayo Merville 1709 City of Paranaque, NCR, hereinafter
referred to as the BUYER.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the aforesaid premises and more specifically of
the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND (1,500,000.00) PESOS ONLY the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged in full from the buyers to the entire satisfaction of the sellers,
the said sellers does hereby SELL, TRANSFER, CONVEY and DELIVER in a manner absolute and
irrevocable, in favor of the buyers, their heirs, assigns and successors in interest the property
above describe with improvements as is where is.
That the Buyer hereby warrants valid title to, and peaceful possession of, the property
herein sold and conveyed and further declares that the same is free and clear of all liens and
encumbrances of any kind whatsoever.
