SET INDUCTION (5 Minutes)

1. Teacher greets the students.


2. Teacher shows picture of a Red colour.
3. Teacher asks students questions such as :

4. Teacher introduces the Poem to the students.

PRESENTATION STAGE (15 Minutes)


1. Students read the “Sad I Ams” poem.
2. Teacher asks the students to read the “Sad I Ams” poem.
3. Teacher explains briefly about the poem.
4. Teacher divides the students into groups.

PRACTICE STAGE (15 Minutes)


ACTIVITIES

1. Students in groups will get a cue cards with a stanza from each poem.
2. Students have to stand in a straight line back to back.
3. The person at the first on the line have to whisper the stanza to the next

4. Each student in the line have to whisper the stanza until reach to the last
person.
5. The last student in the line have to write the stanza on the whiteboard.
6. The group with the correct stanza gets a reward from the teacher.

PRODUCTION STAGE (20 Minutes)


1. Teacher provides students with worksheets.
2. Students answers the worksheets.
3. Teacher discuss the answers with the students.

CLOSURE
1. Teacher will recap the lesson.

Post-Lesson 2. Teacher will give the students a sticky note each.


3. Students have to write what the liked about today’s lesson.
