    Bal Mela Extravaganza


    Dear Parents and Students
    We are thrilled to invite you to our Children’s Day Bal Mela Extravaganza on 14th November 2024, a day
    packed with excitement, creativity, and unforgettable memories! This year’s celebration promises an
    amazing experience for the entire family, with a variety of stalls, activities, games, delicious food, and
    cultural performances.

     Here are the key details:


     Timing: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
     Location: School Ground
     Transportation: Parents are requested to arrange their children’s drop-off and pick-up. School buses
    will be available for students only in the morning. Return has to be arranged by parents.

     Special Highlights of the Bal Utsav:


    Earn While You Learn Stalls: This year, we’re excited to invite students, parents, and guests to set up
    creative stalls, bringing out everyone’s talents and entrepreneurial spirit.

     Here’s a range of stall options you can choose from:


     Food Stall: Traditional snacks, baked goods, or treats.
     Craft Corner: Handmade items, artwork, or eco-friendly crafts.
     Game Zone: Indoor games, puzzles, fun challenges, or a fitness and sports corner.
     Photo Booth: A themed photo area with props to capture memories.
     DIY Art Station: A space for kids to create art like painted rocks, clay modeling, or greeting cards.
     Face Painting & Temporary Tattoos: Offering face painting, henna, or temporary tattoos.
     Book & Stationery Shop: Selling gently used books, notebooks, or unique stationery.
     Science Fun: Simple science experiments and hands-on demos for interactive learning.
     Gardening Corner: Small plants, DIY seed kits, or mini gardening activities.

     Stall Details:
     Size: 7 x 15 feet (two tables and two chairs will be provided).
     Set-Up: Front size of the table will be covered. Rest of decoration will be your creativity.
     Additional materials can also be arranged by you if needed.
     Promotional Material: (To make your stall look more creative / decorative and attractive)
     Feel free to display a poster or other promotional materials at your stall.
     Electricity: Access to an electrical outlet will be available.

     Fee: Rs. 5000/- per stall.


    If you’d like to set up a stall, please register at the school Reception by 11th November 2024 including
    your stall name, category, and number of participants.

     Games and Prizes: Participate in a variety of games and win exciting prizes.
     Interactive Workshops: Take part in hands-on workshops and activities.
