32. (A) The thickness of a hollow metallic cylinder is 2 cm . It is 70 cm long with outer radius
of 14 cm . Find the volume of the metal used in making the cylinder , assuming that it is

finding the amount of money her class would make for different numbers of posters sold.
She knew they could raise ₹ 250 for every 60 posters sold.
a) How much money would Anju’s class make for selling 102 posters.
b) Could Anju’s class exactly raise ₹ 2000? If so, how many posters would they need to
sell? If not, why?

36. Rahul , a student of class 8 , was playing in a park situated near his house . While
playing , he saw a triangular portion of land where small kids can play . So , he decided
to find the coordinates on this triangular portion which are at points A , B and C .
38. Ram who aspires to be a civil engineer and aims to build resilient infrastructure visited
Egypt during his summer vacations and there he saw huge pyramids. Mesmerized by the
architecture involved in building them. At home he decided to create a model by
arranging square building blocks in a pyramid formation. He created the base of the
pyramid using the number of blocks same as the sum of the first eight consecutive odd
numbers. (moving from bottom to top, he arranges the blocks using the pattern n2,
(n-1)2,(n-2)2…..(n-7)2
Answer the following question (considering the base of the pyramid as level1)
c) Find the sum of the number of blocks used at 2nd level and 7th level of the pyramid.
