➢ The HKEERSB is applicable to all types of new and existing
buildings/premises equipped with energy efficient building installations
outperformed the statutory requirements.

➢ Compliance shall be proved with attaining BEAM Plus Assessment System

(“BEAM Plus”) # or any of the internationally recognized BEAS for buildings and
interiors

➢ Enhanced tax concessions for capital expenditure incurred by enterprises in procuring

eligible energy efficient building installations and renewable energy devises by
allowing tax deduction to be claimed in 100% in one year.
