    Terms & condition :


    1) Above rates are excluding of GST.
    2) All rates are inclusive of 12% labour PF, the same will be deducted from RA Bill. Based on actual labour report. If
    vendor have PF registration, then have to submit ECR challan, wages sheet as a proof of PF compliance.
    3) 5% Cash Retention will be deducted from every RA Bill.
    4) TDS will be deducted as per the NORMS.
    5) Considering consumption of binding wire 7KG/MT as per free issue material, excess quantity will be returnable or
    debitable basis as per Reconciliation.
    6) Considering consumption of Nails 150 GMS/SQM Shuttering & 200 GMS/SQM for board making as per free issue
    material, excess quantity will be returnable or debitable basis as per Reconciliation.
    7) Safety PPE will be issued as a returnable basis & will be debited if not return after used. Also vendor have to
    follow KEC HSE policy & any penalty amount will be applied if not followed by vendor.
    8) Any free issue material misussed by vendor/subcontractor, then any penalty will be applied and debited from
    their bill.
    9) Aadhar & bank account & other required for all labour are mandatory.
