    Question Two

    Prepare a detailed estimate of a shop shown in the figure below and calculate its cost with local
    rates. Also find out the plinth area rate of the shop. Your Work for this part consists of the
    following tasks: (1) Determine the quantities of works as per the provided BoQ. (2) Carry out the
    analysis of rates (on local market) and determine the rate of each item of work in the provided
    BoQ. (3) Find out the total amount of each item of work and thus the total estimated project cost.
