2. It empowers individuals.

3. Make a person feel that he or she makes
a difference.
4. Communicate clearly and with
compassion.

transitions and procedures.

clear
9. A teenage girl letting her friends know she's feeling jealous.
10.A student writing down the key information or ideas she
received.
TAKEAWAY!
Select a piece of colored paper from the colored papers which
represents each of the functions. Select only the function that you
think you use the most and write on the paper why and how.
