Dear Gbolahan,

OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT
We refer to the various interviews you had with the representatives of Kennedia Consulting and our client.
We are pleased to offer you employment as a Technician effective October 7, 2024, to be deployed to
work with our client (Max NG).

The following paragraphs outline the terms of our offer of employment.

EMPLOYMENT NUMBER: Your employee identification number is KEN/MAX/480

RESUMPTION TIME/WORKING HOURS: Your resumption time shall be 7:45 am. You may be required
occasionally to work extra hours depending on the job exigencies.

DURATION OF EMPLOYMENT: The duration of your employment is one year renewable.

PROBATION PERIOD: Your period of probation shall be six (6) months in continuous employment with
the company, after which your performance shall be appraised. The outcome of your performance shall
determine your suitability for confirmation or otherwise.

CONFIRMATION OF APPOINTMENT: Your confirmation of employment is subject to obtaining at least


two suitable references, successful certificate verification, and satisfactory performance on the job within
the first six months of your employment.

OFFICE LOCATION: – Max NG- 232A, Koya Otusanya Street, behind Zenith Bank Limited, Opposite
Ajegunle Junction, Offin Sagamu.

JOB POSITION: Technician

NET MONTHLY SALARY: #70,000.00 after all deductions.

Please note that your salary is a personal matter between yourself, and the Company and you are required
to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality in this regard.

PENSION SCHEME: We have a contributory Pension Scheme in place for employees in line with the Pension
Reform Act 2014. The contribution to the pension scheme is as follows:
• Employee: 8% (eight percent) of the employee’s monthly basic, transportation, and housing
allowance.
• Employer: 10% (ten percent) of the employee’s monthly basic, transportation, and housing
allowance.
• Both the Employee and Employer contributions will then be submitted to the elected Pension Fund

Administrator (PFA).

GROUP LIFE INSURANCE: You shall be entitled to a Group Life Insurance cover from the Company.

HEALTH MANAGEMENT: You shall be entitled to prepaid health care services. Details on your HMO
registration link will be shared after onboarding verification is completed.

LEAVE DAYS: You are entitled to Fifteen (15) days of Annual leave. You are entitled to leave after completing
a year in the system. Prorated leave can be given upon confirmation.

PERSONAL INCOME TAXES: Taxes will be deducted from your salary in accordance with the tax laws of the
Federation of Nigeria.

TERMINATION OF APPOINTMENT: Either party may terminate the employment contract by giving notice
in writing at any time. The notice period for confirmed staff shall be one month or payment of one month’s
basic salary. For unconfirmed staff (those who have not spent up to six months in the system), they shall
provide two weeks’ notice or make the payment of 2 weeks’ basic salary in lieu of notice.

However, Kennedia Consulting reserves the right to terminate this employment summarily without previous
notice should:
1. You become incriminated as a result of any act or conduct considered to be inconsistent with the
well-being and integrity of the Company.
2. You fail to complete/submit your employment documents within the stipulated period.
3. The client organization where you are deployed:
a. terminates the outsourcing contract.
b. return you to the Company for poor performance.
c. return you to the Company due to involvement in fraud-related issues; and or
d. Decides for whatever stipulated reason (s) not to accept your engagement.

In the event of termination of the appointment, you will be required to return all Client/Company property
in your possession.

As a Technician, you shall undertake to:


(a) Protect and safeguard all Confidential Information.
(b) Hold all Confidential Information in the strictest confidence and not directly, or indirectly, disclose or
divulge any Confidential Information to a third party, except to the extent necessary for the proper
performance of his responsibilities and for the benefit of the Company, the Client or its Affiliate without the
prior written consent of the Client.
(c) Not to use any Confidential Information for your own or a third party’s benefit.
(d) Immediately notify the Client if you learn of or suspect any unauthorized disclosure or use of any
Confidential Information.
(e) If you believe that you are compelled by law or by any governmental or regulatory authority to disclose
or divulge any Confidential Information, notify the Client in writing sufficiently in advance of any such
disclosure to allow the Client the opportunity to defend, limit, or otherwise protect its interests against such
disclosure.
(f) You are also required to sign a ‘Confidentiality Agreement’ with the Company or any other agreement
that our client organization, which you will be deployed to work for, may require from time to time.

(g) You shall not at any time or in any manner, either directly or indirectly, divulge, disclose or communicate
to any person, firm, corporation, or other entity in any manner whatsoever any information concerning any
matter affecting or relating to the business or our Client, including but not limited to any of its customers,
its products, transactions, or any other information concerning the business of the Client, its manner of
operation, its plans, processes, or other data without regard to whether all of the above-stated matters will
be deemed confidential, material, or important, employer and employee specifically and expressly stipulating
that as between them, such matter are important, material and confidential and gravely affect the effective
and successful conduct of the business of the Client and Client’s goodwill and that any breach of the terms
of this section shall be a material breach of this agreement.

FINAL ENTITLEMENT/GRATUITY
The company does not have a provision for or pay final entitlement or gratuity to its employees. In case of
disengagement, the exposure of the company is limited to the payment of the Pension Funds
contributions to your chosen Pension Funds Administrator (PFA) as provided by the Pension Reform Act
2014.

As an employee outsourced to work at the client office, your employment compensation is guided only by
what is in this contract, or what is communicated to you in writing subsequently during the duration of the
contract. The company has no control over what compensation is implemented by the client to its direct
employees or to any other employees from their vendor. Therefore, this contract shall not be guided,
interpreted, and/or bring up any expectation by such compensation. The Company reserves the right
without prejudice to change, amend or alter any of the terms and conditions of employment. Where this
happens, you shall be informed in advance in writing.

CLIENT’S CODE OF CONDUCT


Organizations have respective codes of conduct and Standard Operating Practices that support their
respective businesses. Therefore, this contract mandates you to abide by the clients’ code of Conduct and
Standard Operating Practice. A breach of such would constitute gross misconduct.

Should you require any clarifications or have any request(s) to make regarding your
compensation and benefits or the content of this contract, such requests or clarifications
shall be forwarded in writing to Kennedia Consulting Limited. Under no circumstance
should such a request be made directly to the client company. Please be informed that
any violation of this process shall be gross misconduct
