HOW TO ENTER SERVICE MODE for


2318/2420/2318L/2320/C3325I COPIERs
Step 1: Press and release the "User Mode" or " * " (asterisk) key
Step 2: Press and hold the "2" and "8" keys simultaneously.
Hold the keys for at least one second.
Step 3: Press and release "User Mode" to enter the service mode.
A "1" will appear on the control panel to indicate success.
Step 4: Input the number that corresponds to the service mode you want to enter.
Press "Start" to confirm the selection and enter the service mode.
Canon provides a chart of service modes in the service manual and user guide.
Step 5: Press and release "Reset" button to exit service mode and return to
normal operation

Step4: load 10 sheets of A4/letter in the feeder/ADF
Step5: Select start to start cleaning (it takes approximately 68 seconds)
