Job Title: Product Manager


Location: South East NY, 10018 (2 Days Office, 3 Days WFH)
Salary: Up to $190,000

Our client is at the forefront of the digital landscape, creating cutting-edge solutions that empower advertisers
and digital innovators. They are building a NY based team, to complement their Europe HQ.

The Role
They are seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Manager with a proven background in the AdTech or digital
space to join their growing team. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in defining, building, and
scaling products within the AdTech ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including
engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-impact solutions that meet their clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning it with business goals and market trends.
• Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and user feedback to identify opportunities for innovation
and differentiation.
• Work with internal teams, external clients, and partners to gather requirements and ensure successful
product delivery.
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards
are met.
• Use analytics and KPIs to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
• Leverage your knowledge of the AdTech/digital landscape to create products that solve complex
challenges for advertisers and digital marketers.

Required Skills & Experience


• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the AdTech or digital space.
• Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, data analytics, or digital marketing technologies.
• Proven ability to define product vision and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical
stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
