    We are writing to you regarding the flagship Justice Hidayatullah Memorial National Moot
    Court Competition (HNMCC) that Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur, organizes
    annually. The 12th edition of HNMCC-22 is slated to be organized from the 11th-13th February
    2022.
    We take immense pride in the longstanding professional association between Competition
    Commission of India and HNLU, which is further strengthened by our association in the event
    during the 11th edition of HNMCC-2019. We at HNLU wish to enhance our professional
    association with Competition Commission of India through a formal association with this 12th
    edition of HNMCC.
    To provide a forum for the convergence of academic and professional discourse in the field of
    competition law, we cordially invite the regulator to be associated as the title sponsor of the 12th
    Edition of HNMCC-2022. Through this association, we hope to engage in further discussions
    with you relating to financial support as the primary sponsor and other allied support from the
    regulator. With the formal guidance and support of the regulator, we are confident that HNMCC
    would genuinely become a forum for holistic discourse on emerging issues in the field of
    competition law.
