Lead HR Business Partner | Operations

✓ Assist to prepare, plan and implement the HR operation strategy based on the business need and
monitor initiatives of the HR operation to achieve its strategic goals.
✓ Provide strategic input to develop Training and Development initiatives based on the business
need to ensure required desired performance.
✓ Drive the Compensation and Benefits programs for the Operations department, including Head
count budget and capacity planning with the regional team and process monthly payroll and F&F

Responsibilities:
Recruitment, Selection and Onboard: Recruitment (Requisition/JD confirmation/Budgeted or Non-Budgeted checking
with HOD, Vertical Head Approval, Advertisement, CV sorting, Interview Schedule, Offer letter, Reference checking,
Verification, All Joining formalities and provide them appointment letter) and Final settlement. Making it easy by
ensuring a welcoming environment for all new staff, assisting them to blend in. Update employee information on
KORMEE and HRIS. Filing and archiving Employees document.
Performance Appraisal: Setting realistic targets, measuring deviations, identifying problems, troubleshooting, and
assisting senior management with interpreting appraisal outputs and suggesting remedies. Initiate and conduct employee
evaluation through a performance evaluation system. Tracking monthly contract renewal and coordinating contract
renewal process with other Head of Departments following proper steps at various levels. Identifying achievers and
suggesting proper rewards for them.
Health Insurance: In charge of all correspondence regarding insurance benefits with Employee, Insurance company and
Hospital (For GOP). Follow up with insurance companies on a regular and case by case basis, assisting employees
understand the areas of coverage and possible reimbursements and similar matters.
Attendance and Leave Management: Monitoring and maintaining employee Attendance & Leave management on
Software. Prepare Attendance Bonus and Overtime for Support Stuffs and workers of Design Studio. Dealing with all
other pays and perks and all sorts of compensations and benefits. Issuance of ID cards and update data on software (HRIS,
Calipso and HAMS).
Disciplinary Action: Monitoring employee’s warning letter, suspension letter, show cause letter, Reinstatement letter,
Inquiry report and removal notice.
Employee Relation and Grievances: Maintaining close and continuous contacts with employees to better assess and
understand different issues from their end. Actively dealing with employee grievances, listening to them, probing into
matters, following mandatory steps and assisting management to formally address all such matters.
Others Responsibilities:
