EMPLOYMENT OFFER
The terms and conditions of your employment. Your ernployment with this
company will endure unlimited period unless terminate in accordance with the
provisions contained below.
EFFECTIVE DATE
The effecti,ve date of this contract is the date of signature here of, however
shouid you have been employed by the company prior to the effective date and
continue to remain in the employee of the company effective date then
applicability of the time periods for calculation of holiday leave will be calculated
in accordance with the date you commenced you employrnent with the company
in terms of clause.
REMUNERATION
Your initial basic salary will be 1800 Euros (one thousand eight hundred Euros)
per month, payable with effect 5th day of each month. You further agree to the
deduction in terms of section 34(1) of basic conditions of employment Act No.75
of 2005, as amended. The company will provide to you food and accommodation
at free of cost. Basic medical insurance and transportation also provided by the
company only.
EMPLOYMENT DUTIES
The following conditions of employment. You should report to Mrs. JOVITA PIAS
(Hr. department of origin behalf of employee) who will determine your duties and
responsibilities from time to time. Your appointment is subjected to the
conditions set out in the Human Recourse Policies and procedure manual, as
amended from time to time. You must confirm to any other regulation,
lnstruction and procedure that are inform and which may be instituted at the
company discretion.
LEAVE
Annual leave - confirm the specifics e.g.21 days per year. Outline the monthly
accrual days and provide information on how to apply for leave. Sick leave -
provide days of entitlement for first year of service and the number of days each
year following. state the cumuiative e.g. t2 days. Also state when you expect a
medical certificate e.g. more than two days make clear that unused sick leave will
not be paid resignation or termination (if applicable) '
