Education
Today, a lot of teenagers find it difficult to choose between getting a job or continuing their education
after graduating from high school. Even though there are some benefits of working straight after school, I
believe that going to college or university is the better option.
There are several reasons why people believe that getting a job is the better choice. First, if people start
to work at the age of 18, they could earn money on their own and be able to live independently without their
parents’ financial support. In fact, many students in Western countries tend to find a job after high school to
afford their living. Second, people who choose to start their career early instead of going to university or
college can have more opportunities to gain real experience and learn exclusive skills for their jobs.
Therefore, this may bring out a good chance of getting promoted to higher positions such as managers or
executives.

Đoạn 2:
1. For many high-paying jobs such as statisticians, economists, and medical jobs, master’s degree is one of
the most vital requirements.
2. On the other hand, I strongly believe that students would gain more benefits if they continue their studies.
3. Employers would prefer a person who has an adequate amount of knowledge to work efficiently with less
training time.
4. Firstly, a plenty of employers might ask for high academic qualifications from people applying for some
professional jobs.
5. Secondly, today job market is more competitive and a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in your
resumé can be a huge advantage compared to other applicants.
Ket:For the above reasons, it seems to me that students with higher academic background is likely to
become more success in pursue their dream jobs.

TECHNOLOGY
intelligence (AI) will bring a range of benefits in the foreseeable future. Others, however, fear that we are
not equipped with the skills and experience needed to deal with computers or other technological devices
that are becoming smarter than us. I personally agree with the first group.
On the one hand, the main reason why some people think that AI might become a threat to human survival is
that intelligent machines may become so smart that they could take control of humans one day in the future.
Robots and machines might be able to make their own decisions without being given the permission of
humans. Without the necessary knowledge, skills and experience, we might become their slaves. This could
also lead to a war between humans and intelligent machines, posing a serious threat to the entire world.
On the other hand, I would agree with those who think that developments in the field of AI will have
beneficial effects on our lives in the not so distant future. For example, thanks to breakthroughs in satellite
and spacecraft technologies, scientists will be able to make more precise predictions about extreme events,
such as asteroid collisions or violent storms, which might threaten life on earth. Another example is that
advances in automobile technology would help curb traffic congestion and improve road safety. Driverless
cars and surveillance cameras would greatly contribute to minimising traffic accidents and traffic offences.
In conclusion, although some people are worried about the threats that AI will cause to the world, I
personally believe that developments in this technology will bring huge benefits to our lives.
HEALTHY LIVING
Many people say that in order to fight diseases, the government should invest more money in encouraging a
healthy lifestyle instead of spending money on the treatment of people who are already suffering from
illness. I advocate this point of view.
On one hand, I agree that a large proportion of state budget should be allocated to activities or campaigns
that promote a healthy lifestyle. This is because a lot of diseases nowadays are actually the direct result of
people’s unhealthy habits. For example, children who eat fast food on a daily basis commonly can suffer
from a range of health issues, such as weight problems and obesity. These diseases can be prevented if
people are made more aware of the severe consequences of an unhealthy diet. In addition, there are a
number of incurable diseases, such as HIV, AIDS and many forms of cancer. Of course, there are drugs and
treatments that can prolong the life of patients suffering from such diseases, but the better solution in this
case is obviously trying to prevent these diseases from occurring, instead of trying to cure them, which can
often place a heavy burden on patients’ families, and on society as a whole.
On the other hand, the treatment for people who are already ill should also receive adequate funding, due to
the fact that some diseases simply cannot be prevented. People living in many tropical or coastal regions, for
example, are highly vulnerable to water-borne diseases after a natural disaster such as a tsunami or heavy
flooding. Additionally, there are also some illnesses and disorders that are inherited. For instance, if a person
suffers from asthma, it is highly likely that his children will also contract respiratory related diseases,
regardless of their diet or lifestyle. These mentioned cases would be almost impossible for people or the
government to prevent, and therefore money needs to be spent on the treatment of patients.
In conclusion, both promoting a healthy lifestyle and spending money on the treatment of people who are
already ill are equally important in the fight against diseases, and each country should develop flexible plans
to adapt to different situations.

Since several environmental problems have been caused by humans’ forces, we need to act responsibly to
reduce the damage that we are doing to the Earth. This essay will explain environmental problems and what
governments and individuals can do to address these problems.
Two of the threats to the environment are air pollution and waste. Global warming, which is well-known as a
global issue because of its devastating effect on the environment, is a result of gas emissions from factories
and exhaust fumes from vehicles. In addition, the increase in human population comes along with a huge
quantity of waste, which contaminates the Earth and pollutes rivers and oceans.
On one hand, governments could reduce air pollution in many ways. First, they could introduce laws to put a
limit on factories’ gas emissions or force companies to use renewable energy in production. Second, they
could also innovate the public transport system to become more convenient and greener. By this way,
governments can encourage people to take public transport instead of driving, therefore reducing emissions.
On the other hand, individuals should also be responsible to lower down pollution level in their
surroundings. They can take buses and subways or other means of public transportation rather than driving,
which could reduce the amount of exhaust fumes from vehicles. Also, people should purchase reusable
products and recycle as much as possible to avoid releasing too much waste. For example, Vietnamese
people are recommended to use resuable or paper bags when going shopping instead of plastic bags to cut
down on plastic bags consumption.
In conclusion, both national governments and individuals must understand the harmful impact they have on
the environment and be responsible to ease damage.
