Mangyans display their rich,
artistic heritage. One of their art forms is the
ambahan, a rhythmic, poetic expression
with a meter of seven syllables. Presented
through recitation and chanting without a
determined musical pitch or
accompaniment. A variation of this is the
urukay, which uses eight syllables instead
of seven, frequently written on bamboo
tubes or slats

Marinduqueños are also known for their weaving skills that have been passed on
through the years because of the abundance of the buli (buri palm) and raffia that
grow in their areas, these leaves become staple materials in the weaving.
